Last min birthday holiday plan

So I'm turning 27 on 23rd October and I wanna go on a solo trip for about 5/6 days. My budget is £1k max in total (flight, accommodation & money for the trip)

If you can get to Stansted easily then there are any number of places to go with Ryanair, for only a few days I wouldn't bother with a trolley just a small backpack.
Picking your days and location you can get a return for anything between £50 to £300.
In many European cities you can get decent accommodation for £50 or less and eat for £20 or less so your total budget leaves a lot of options.
