Best PCI wifi card?

I have a SFF OptiPlex GX150 and want to add WiFi to it, as I can't figure out how to use the RPi I got to route WiFi to Ethernet. There's an open PCI (not PCIe) slot where the dialup modem is, and it'd like to get a WiFi card instead. Any ideas? Specifically with Windows 98 support and hopefully pretty cheap (not to mention WPA2 support and the like)

TP-Link tl-mr3020 has a bridge mode. You can connect it to your wifi network then connect your win98 machine to its Ethernet port. Once it setup as a bridge your win98 machine will appear on the network like it's plugged into your switch.

Apparently there is a wpa driver for the WMP54GV4.0. I haven't tried it myself. I would personally just setup a wifi to Ethernet bridge on your rpi. If you use a proper bridge and not NAT it should work well, it will make your win98 machine just appear on the lan.

Yeah I tried setting up the ethernet bridge but the software I saw in the guide was broken as hell and I couldn't find any other working guides, asking on r/raspberry_pi just got my post removed so that Pi isn't really an option
