Best dark sky areas near MK

Hoping to go and get a good view of the stars. Where's the best spot near to MK that has little light pollution?

Try Thornborough - half way to Buckingham. Not elevated, but the village has just a couple of streetlights, so it's very dark. You can also nip in the Two Brewers to get warm.
