Is Xena like, a billion years old?

We all know that the show jumps around the timeline as we know it quite a bit.
But on Hercules, S4E14, Iolus goes back in time to stop Callisto from killing Hurcules' pregnant mother, and ends up in Callisto's village just before Xena attacks it. To me, Xena, Hercules, and Iolus all seem to be about the same age. But in this timeline, Xena is a full adult before Herc and Iolus are even born?
Do I need to adjust my head cannon again to make Xena a billion years old?

Oh honey, Xena & Gabrielle are "timeless"!

Short answer: yes.
I try not to think about it all too hard for fear my brain will crack. 😵

Herc and Xena lived around the time of Caesar, as he appears in Xena's show. So roughly 49 BC, give or take.

And Hercules is going to live to see are century unlike Xena

Only about 2000 years.

2150 give or take for actual age in the age of Caesar

Two separate time jumps.
First he jumps back to just before Herc's birth. Then he jumps forward to the attack on Cirra, where he encounters Xena.

You're right! Thank you!

Herc and Xena are both adults at the same time. The jump to Herc's mom and the jump to Callisto's village are two separate jumps. You can see Iolaus in the time tunnel going through clips of Evil Xena before he lands there.

Oh my gosh, you are right! Thank you, I don't know how I missed that!

Considering she meets both Ulysses and Julius Caesar in person, probably yes
