Experience with American Car Protect?

I am purchasing a 2017 BMW this week and have been getting quotes for extended warranties. I've spoken to Endurance and Car Shield so far, but they seem to be expensive ($5k+ for 3-4 yrs). Today I got a quote from a company named American Car Protect (Link here). They quoted \~$3k for a 5 year, 100k miles (over current odo) bumper to bumper plan with just a $100 deductible.
I can't seem to find any other reference to them and per Google, they were first indexed in 2024. I'm wondering if this is a rebrand of some of the scam ones from years past or how legit they are. They seem to be unique from American Vehicle Protection Corp (which has FTC litigation) and American Dream Auto.
Does anyone know this place / have experience with them?

The problem with a lot of aftermarket warranties is they will want you to go to their network of shit mechanics using junk parts, and will have a list of what is covered and probably isn't very comprehensive.
An 8 year BMW is going to cost a lot more to keep running in repairs than $3k over 5 years/100k miles, and they aren't a charity. They are anticipating paying out $1000 or less over the life of the policy, about the cost of just keeping the batteries fresh, so you can be certain they are going to be cutting corners/denying coverage/doing the cheapest possible repairs.
