Are there any whale tracker apps?

I saw the Fahlo bracelets for dolphins recently and wanted to know if there’s anything similar for whales out there? :)

I'd imagine scientists would be reluctant to make that information public in some parts of the world while a few nations still actively hunt whales.

When I was a PSO we used an app called "whale alert" to track Right Whales off New England
