It’s those milky white eyes hovering inches above your face as he slowly, endlessly thrusts into you. In desperation they ask him to put the visor back on, tell him it’s sexier that way, but he insists, no, no visor.
To be fair, she's an ensign and La Forge is her commanding officer. Entering into a relationship with her would not only be against regulations, it would pose a serious conflict of interest in crisis scenarios.
For real. Creepy bastard is more into the holodeck women than Barclay, but oh no this girl that fawns over him isn’t good enough. He’s gotta go show his holo fuck doll to her inspiration so the real version can tell him to get fucked.
Geordi was waaaaay more problematic than Riker ever was. He was actually offended that Leah Brahms was outraged by his 'diagnostic' recreation of her. Her apologizing to Geordi is an extremely low point of that episode.
It was a low point for the series. Like a scene and dynamic tailored specifically for the discerning 90's misogynist incel who never got to yell at a woman about how nice he is
He was an engineering nerd, no, CHIEF engineering nerd, surrounded by other space nerds in space on the flagship of a space exploration organization...there had to be more people into his deal.
Also he was LeVar Burton. There had to be more people into his deal.
Unfortunately Geordi suffered from the writers focusing primarily on Data and Picard. Everybody was second string. Bev, Deanna, Worf - none of them were as developed or focused on as much as Data and Picard. Riker kinda got some spotlight, but beyond trombone and trim_bone_ what else did we really know about him?
He's got one interest in life, and nothing to talk about. And his overzealous date smile pushes the ladies away like a solar wind pushes a Bajoran lightship.

It was sad, that across 7 seasons, this guy was rejected by just about every girl he wanted, but rejected the one girl who was into him, Ensign Tyler.
shmupsy@reddit
that is kind of messed up

Throughout the series it looks like Geordi only goes for the white girls
Leah brahms, the coco nono girl, Data, etc

24th Century diss:
That guy is such a loser thst he couldn't get laid in on a holodeck.
LV426acheron@reddit
He should've borrowed Riker's program that he used on holodeck 4.

Holodeck janitors know they are going to get a long smoke break when it’s Geordi’s time.

A “Coco No-No” is gin and coconut milk. I would have turned him down too.

His character was so cringe sometimes.
Strobertat@reddit
It was such a shame because he was my favourite in the early seasons. Geordi let me down :(
funlovingguy9001@reddit
Same. I feel the writers wrote him badly.

I feel like this is one of the best cast shows. The actress who played her was powerful.
SeaworthinessRude241@reddit
Julie Warner, who had a moment in the early 90s where she was starring in some big movies. Doc Hollywood with Michael J. Fox, for example.
Empigee@reddit
She was also good in The Puppet Masters.

Perfectly done cringe. Don't worry, Geordi. You'll find love.

Do they coordinate holo-date outfits up front or are they issued at the door?

That girl is Christy Henshaw. Geordi’s “Wish” version of Leah Brahms. Couldn’t even seal the deal with her.

Played by Julie Warner, who went on to have a decent film and TV career. Starred in some big movies in the early 90s.
