Recommendations shipping luggage internationally other than SendMyBag

I’m moving to Germanz from the US and have packed up all my belongings in suitcases. The first shipment of 4 suitcases I sent 3 weeks ago with sendmybag and it’s been a headache. They first claimed I hadn’t provided any passport and other documents which I definitely have otherwise I wouldn’t even have been able to make the order. German customs have been holding my bags eversince and upon my request I have gotten an email from sendmybag where it had wrong information about dates. I chatted with their customer service and they said it was a typo but they only sent it to me not to German customs, when I asked to see the correspondence between them and German customs they claimed it was against their policy and made a sketchy statement saying that I shouldn’t worry they wouldn’t lie to me. It’s irritating that they used that word because I didn’t accuse them of lyingy I’m super worried about my stuff now and have more suitcases to ship. I don’t want to use this service again but all the others like luggage to ship or my baggage have bad Reviews on Reddit.
Has anyone used a service they like, that was smooth and easy?
Please help, my flight is in 2 weeks and I’m so stressed out

I've used the UPS, USPS, and TNT moves to/from US and Germany.
Sending via USPS was easy on the US side but German customs had a fit when we attempted to collect our stuff -- despite the fact we are fluent in German and had all the paperwork sorted. 4/10
UPS was decent for sending and receiving but they were the most expensive option I've used. I did it through a work account and got a huge discount off of the retail prices for int'l shipping but it was still $$$. That said, there was no hassle mailing or getting the stuff delivered. 6/10
TNT was the most affordable service and did a decent job on both ends. The process of getting the shipment priced and scheduling a pickup was tedious but the delivery was flawless. The price was also under 50% of what USPS would have charged and maybe 30% of what UPS charged. 7/10
