How many of you have to ask for help to reach items on shop shelves?

Excuse the mundane question, but I was in Lidl the other day, and a woman stopped me to ask if I could get some milk for her on one of the higher up shelves as she couldn’t reach. I obliged, obviously, and reached in to get the milk. Now I’m 6’2” (with a slightly disproportionately large torso, so my arms are longer than the average 6’2” persons) so I should be able to reach anything easily, but I wasn’t far from not being able to reach it which I was surprised at. For those of you who aren’t as vertically gifted as I am (and those that are too), is it a common problem to not be able to reach stuff at shops and have to ask for help?
