Do M.2’s with B only Keys exist?

I’ve been taking a look around, and everywhere I’ve read, has said that these do exist (while they might be slow with 2x pci express lanes, I think they could still work maybe?) but I can’t find any available for purchase.
Our laptops here at work have a B key slot, likely for cellular data, I was thinking we could use a small drive for an optional specialty recovery program, that would help us in assisting remote users. M and M+B keys won’t work in these slots, so I’ve been hunting for a B Key storage device. Am I on a wild goose chase? thank you! 🙂

Why won't B+M-Key drives work?
B-Key is for M.2 SATA drives, M-Key is for M.2 PCIe/NVMe drives. M.2 slots that do support both are typically M-Key, so SATA drives are typically B+M-Key to still fit in them.

So the port looks to be a B key, I was told B+M wouldn’t function on a B Key port, something about it not utilizing the whole pci bus or something like that. I can see if I’ve got a longer B+M and see if it gets recognized.
This could potentially be the issue
Wireless card is already in use, and E key looks to be much wider then the standard A key, this one looks identical except reversed, leaving me to think it’s a B key.

Looks to be a B-key only slot! About to try my 1TB B-key only m.2 ssd that I have in my old skool NUC in it! Did you ever solve the problem! After looking at your pic of your laptop, I believe we have the exact same laptop - HP Zbook Firefly G10 Mobile A Workstation! Let me know if I am correct! 🤓💻💯👌🔥😎

G series elite book so quite similar. We did manage to get it working, it’s a bit slower than the other port, but it worked!
