MSI Coreliquid S360 - pump/fans not working

Issue: AIO CPU cooler not working. This happened during a mild rebuild where I changed my case, PSU, and GPU. Still running the same mainboard, CPU, and AIO. Everything else seems to be working, but I can overheat the CPU before I get in the BIOS since the pump isn't working. The AIO screen reads "Please connect SATA / USB", however I checked all connections, placed the AIO on its very own SATA power cable instead of before my fans on the existing cable, and even switched to the other USB header. And every possible configuration of these, but I can't seem to get the pump to run. Any one have any ideas before I pick up a new cooler? I'd really like to be sure it's the cooler before giving up. Everything else seems to be working flawlessly, first boot made it to Windows as I was looking it over.

Is it possible the USB header is plugged in incorrectly?
