Hey guys! Do you have any library-like places which is open from 8 to 6-ish and available for studying? Needs: chair, desk, lights, quiet. Preferable at Pest side, payment is not a problem. Thanks!

I live right by it. Super nice library with an enormous study room. I'm not a student either and you can just publicly register at the entry and use it.

You can just walk in and register. It is free if you don't want to borrow books

There's a cafe between Astoria and Deak sq called Mon Cheri. Their coffee is awful, but the place (was) quiet when I worked there for couple of hours. There's a dedicated space for people who wants to study/work.

Well, the obvious answer is the library. Central library is close to Kálvin tér metro, large building with many spots for studying. Entry is 400 HUF for 1 year, if you need access to databases, papers, journals, etc, you can get full membership for a bit more. [https://www.fszek.hu/](https://www.fszek.hu/)
