What level of income, savings, assets, etc, makes you ‘rich’?

I know this is subjective but just wondering what peoples perception of being rich is these days? I don’t mean super and obscenely wealthy, just from an ordinary persons perspective. Does owning a house, a car, having holidays make you ‘rich’ or is it having lots of money in the bank? Or is it that not worrying about bills or buying food makes you rich?
