It's easier to get woirk if you work?

So i'm kob hunting but the fact i'm working full time seems to of made no impacts and without sounding bostful i have a good cv with 5 varied job skill sets ftom music to drivers mate(i loved that work being both on the road but also having breaks at hq with the various teams)

It's not a question of will power apps are designed to keep you hooked  Theres a rise in kids with add and adhd since smart phones became the nnorm i don't claim to know thered 100% a link but seems that way  My life improved alot since staying off fb and twitter and as a photographer my work improved once i left insta

Fair, but ADHD and ADD aren't acquired, you're just describing a loss of attention span. Good on you but you'll need some way of communicating with your employees, so a phone would probably be ideal. I get what you mean entirely around the addictive nature of social media but short of installing something to control your usage I'm not sure how to do that without fostering more willpower I guess

i think the rise is more likley either A misdignosis or B Apps agitate add/adhd i'm not against a phone but something feature lite like the new retro nokias

Social media is bad and addictive. Smartphones aren't, they are a great tool, for email, chat, GPS, music, streaming, shopping, QR codes, contactless payments and of course making calls.

i dunno i like my music on cd/tape, i like a map, i like tv on my sat box(i use catch up if need oc) i use card and cash  I guess for me having dedicated devices where possible it's more mindfull  I'll put that cd on drink a tea and chill on a phone multi tasking is almost encouraged  To each there own really but for a fair few people the low(ish) tech life is better

Careful out their kob hunting, those kobs are fierce! Seriously though, depending on your age your experience may be too broad to be helpful. Jobs only tend to care about the part of your skillset that's relevant to that role so it means that you will have only spent approx 1/5 of your time doing the skillset they actually want. Also some are going to see it as lack of dedication to a career path & hold it against you I'd really work on highlighting the transferable skills from each role. It's also just a numbers game though, some jobs get hundreds of applications, even if you have everything they're looking for, you're statistically unlikely to get it, just need to get as many applications out as possible.

the reason why i've had this many jobs is alot of placements with 0 promise of any jobs being open .. Sort of like a IF a job is open we will put you down as an internal candidate  That and voulntering  I think cleaning is what i'm most suited to just because my skillset has alot of cleaning and I have the right ,indset for it i.e can work on my own but am happy to help the team out if i have a smaller clean that day  Honestly I wish i valued a good job over more pay at my last cleaning job, i was respected and valued and treated as a human

honestly unless a job was offered directly via reddit it's hard to go back and change on an xbox ad(i'm a low fi type person i don't even own a smart phone why spend 200 on a phone when that's a part ex for a new console to put this in context i find with phones i end up with bad mental health due to addiction)

many times over the years tbh most interviews i've secured were via phone applications i think due to a call being personal it can be used as a pre interview these seem rare now
