Loved The Jam.. when Style Council came along I thought what is this crap… turned into preppy boy sell outs… but it grew on me and to this day TSC is still one of my all time favorites. To be fair almost everything Paul Weller did was brilliant. His solo stuff also so cool

Late Jam early Style Council is really the best imo Town Called Malice, Speak Like A Child, You’re The Best Thing! Saw them live in 1986 which took 12 hours on a Greyhound - Brisbane to Sydney at 16 yo (with twin and big brother)
