Where do I find info about a "Microsoft agreement"?

I keep getting e-mails saying that our "Microsoft Agreement will expire on...". It looks legit It has an agreement number and says "Contract Type: Open Value". I've looked all over the M365 portal and cannot find anything about it. Am I looking in the wrong place?
