ARGB glitching, lit up when PC turned off

Hello there! As per my last post, I upgraded my build to the following: MB: Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX V2 CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D Cooler: Deepcool AK500 Digital (it didn't fit my case, had to separate the display, now it kinda fits) RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB 2x16GB @ 6000Mhz GPU: PNY Geforce RTX 3080 Ti Case: Lian Li O11 Dynamic Razer Case fans: 8x Cooler Master Sickleflow 120 ARGB and 1x 120mm fan salvaged from an Aerocool Mirage L240 AIO that I'll take out just after I'm done posting this, because the noise it makes is worse than an F1 car. It's like coil whine, except it's deeper and louder. My isssue is that some of the fans' LEDs seem to be glitching. It's a new phenomenon, one that didn't occur before changing my MB. The fans' ARGB connections are daisy-chained according to the schematic in the images linked, A1 is connected to an ARGB header on the motherboard, A2 is connected to A1, A3 to A2, etc. In total, 6 fans are daisy-chained together, which should stay well below the 240 LED limit of an ARGB header (I've found contradicting info online, it's either 6 or 12 LEDs per fan). The top fans are in a separate 4-length daisy chain with the CPU cooler's ARGB and work fine. As seen on the picture, and in the video linked at the end of the post, fans A1 and A2 are glitching. One of their LEDs is lit up green, even when the PC is turned off. When I set their colour to static in Gigabyte Control Center, those two light up a different colour, even when I try setting all fans to green. When I set any effect, A1 and A2 start flashing in various colours, in sync with each other but entirely unrelated to any other fan. Updating the BIOS from v20 to v31 didn't solve the issue. I doubt it's an individual fan failure since the two went at the same time. What could be causing this? Thank you in advance for your help. Images and Videos (warning: flashing!)
