Honourable mention to that Evil Delta 88 from the Evil Dead movies. Little too "animated" for my personal liking but it has a very cool charm I appreciate.
I could never warm myself up to the truck from MaxOverdrive, or the car from "Wheels of Terror". I guess Kill Dozer is... OKish.
