ULPT to lose weight
Posted by rudergames21@reddit | UnethicalLifeProTips | View on Reddit | 240 comments
I want to lose 60kgs but I also can't stop binge eating so like what are some ultps to lose this weight? I barely exercise outside of school, I can't get my hands on any drugs like coke or do ozempic and don't want to land myself in the hospital, I have ADHD but don't have the type of meds that kill my appetite, so what's the best way to lose this weight?
tootieloolie@reddit
Nicotine Caffeine and Ritalin suppress appetite like crazy. Just saying
bigheadjim@reddit
Not really ULPT but something similar to the Keto diet helped me. The higher propane good fats made me feel full with lower calorie intake. That was crucial because any diet that leaves you feeling hungry isn’t going to work.
Fun-Possibility-2027@reddit
Make an appt to a weight loss clinic and ask them if they can put you on metformin. I take that & I barely have any appetite at all. I only eat once or twice a day at best. I'm not losing weight because I don't exercise, due to back pain and osteoarthritis in my knees.
fn3dav2@reddit
Literally just don't snack. Don't even have snacks in your house. Just have 3 meals a day. No desserts.
littlegoodwolf123@reddit
I use 100-200 mg modafinil - annihilates my appetite.
Caffeine. Coffee and cigarettes for breakfast and lunch, a lil bit of food, vodka and benzos to put me to sleep
Ephedrine, DMHA, careful when using stims especially if too fat or sensitive to them, or combining them. When at the finish line add yohimbine and topical caffeine and aminophylline (last 5-10 lbs). Establish tolerance with very conservative doses and look for your sweet spot.
Careful with the dosages, lowest effective dose is the best dose. Take breaks and take magnesium.
Maybe transdermal testosterone can help.
TL;DR better be a junkie than a fatso I reckon
Kitchen-Tip-7066@reddit
Generic ozempic (semaglutide) or mounjaro (tirzepatide) through telehealth— emerge is one. Or diy they a research chemical company like amino asylum google or look up recs on the subreddits, these drugs are amazing for binge eating disorder.
whitepawsparklez@reddit
Adderall. But I know u said you’re on meds for ADHD so ya.
TarjaAngel@reddit
I'm on Adderall for adhd and it doesn't help my appetite unfortunately
ccc222pls@reddit
Right! I’ve been on the highest dose possible for 16 years and I’m still fat lmfao
Unsolicited-Yapper@reddit
Nicotine and coffee. And self discipline, without discipline how will you keep it off long-term? It's a marathon not a sprint. You can do it. I believe 💪
Surgeplux@reddit
idk just stop eating
Longjumping_Cut_6151@reddit
Ozempic, honestly. Obvious risks but yeah worth it
IamIrene@reddit
Yeah but doesn’t the weight pile back on as soon as you stop taking it?
munecam@reddit
Not really. It’s like getting bariatric surgery. Your appetite may come back but your stomach can’t hold as much food as before unless you overeat and that’s not the pleasant experience it was pre-ozempic. The weight comes back gradually as your stomach returns to its normal size.
Sean__Wick@reddit
Yeah, no. 'Ozempic Rebound' is most certainly real, and for the majority of those who stop taking it, their weight returns within a year.
https://dom-pubs.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/dom.14725
Semaglutide is a GLP1 receptor agonist. In layman's terms, it makes you not hungry and massively slows food moving through your gut. Once you stop taking it, your hunger returns with a vengeance. If you didn't massively enhance your self-control while medicated, you're probably going to have a bad time.
Take a peek at all those suffering permanent gastroparesis from their dance with semaglutide.
munecam@reddit
A year is a long time to regain weight after stopping though. My response was to the person asking if the weight piles back on “as soon as you stop taking it”. A year is quite a long time so I’m sure the weight would return in that timeframe. But not as soon as you stop taking it. Speaking from experience
Sean__Wick@reddit
Kind of. The weight goes back on far easier and quicker than it ever comes off. Unless you're a self control superstar, you're simply delaying the inevitable.
munecam@reddit
There are so many factors beyond self control. If a person goes back to the same diet and lifestyle they had before, yeah I’d imagine that weight is coming back lol.
In my case I’ve changed my diet and haven’t put back on any weight after I stopped 5 months ago. It’s coming back yeah, but with a little exercise it’s nothing out of control. Idk about other ppl but I don’t want to go through that again, (ozempic made eating hard and at times painful) so I’m not gonna let myself go by going back to those bad habits. Didn’t experience my appetite coming back with a vengeance but everyone’s different.
Blackwidow_Perk@reddit
Ozempic shrinks your stomach?
Cuck_Boy@reddit
The lack of eating shrinks your stomach I’d imagine.
TarjaAngel@reddit
YES. I was on it and kept having to raise my dose when it stopped working. Eventually I hit the max dose and it did nothing for my appetite anymore so my doctor stopped it and I gained the weight back right away.
Moist-College-8504@reddit
Tell me your bitter about not being able to afford ozempic without telling me…
Boati27@reddit
Takes one to know one
FuckYouCaptainTom@reddit
I saw a comment somewhere about how easy it was to get bootleg ozempic if you get invited to some sort of sketchy telegram channel
Longjumping_Cut_6151@reddit
You can get it through telehealth channels. I'd advise against telegram.
FuckYouCaptainTom@reddit
It does seem more unethical to get the bootleg stuff. It’s also super cheap.
Longjumping_Cut_6151@reddit
It's not bootleg. It's legit. It's the generic brand. I'm sure you've been prescribed a generic medication before. You said teleGRAM, I said teleHEALTH such as an online doctor. I would strongly advise AGAINST telegram even if this is called "Unethical Life Pro Tips".
FuckYouCaptainTom@reddit
Nope this is straight up unregulated suppliers from China, bought on Telegram. Someone tested it on the LCMS and found small amounts trifluoroacetic acid and solvents, varying batch to batch.
Longjumping_Cut_6151@reddit
You got it
Longjumping_Cut_6151@reddit
It's legit, lost 30 lbs. You need to keep up with continuing to work out and eating less or you will gain it back. There are a few side effects, but mine were so minimal.
deathboyuk@reddit
Yyyyyep. It actually works.
SaltyShock7484@reddit
What are the obvious risks
Applejackington@reddit
Coffee, cigarettes, force yourself to drink a ton of water (like at least a gallon a day), don’t drink anything with calories (sugar soda, coffee creamer, etc), and binge super spicy food (makes you slow down and drink even more water)
selkwerm@reddit
I can’t offer anything unethical, but I will suggest appetite suppressants. Lots of protein powder (shakes, or sprinkled on low calorie foods like a small bowl of cornflakes/low fat yogurt) will help you feel full. Basically stop eating so much and go into calorie deficit. Ozempic I’ve heard eliminates the crazy noise in your head when you are hungry so you just don’t eat. Drink loads of sugar-free squash to suppress your hunger and fill your belly when you feel full.
Unethical tips: go to Turkey or abroad somewhere and get a gastric band fitted. I’ve heard you could eat one single chicken nugget and feel full for the day. I’ve heard horror stories too so be careful.
samnicjc@reddit
Lick doorknobs, get strep throat. Let it fester and only drink broth and protein shakes. By the time it moves on you'll drop weight.
AckeKriminalac@reddit
This is one thing you REALLY don’t want to do unethically. Fix your problems then do it right way. Try swapping binge eating with walking, it helped me drastically. Also diet drinks are op for fat loss. If you need any other tips or anything I’m here, but just trust me and don’t try “unethical” shortcuts you will thank me later and your body will thank you. Good luck :)
post-nutclarence@reddit
Fasting and ballerina tea, and dry sauna. This combo has had me lose 20 lbs in a week or less multiple times
VixenTraffic@reddit
I’ve said it SO many times.
16 oz water BEFORE you get out of bed. Lay on your left side for 20-30 minutes after you drink it and before you get up. The triple stack: caffeine, aspirin, ephedra. Ephedra is hard to find so I use bronkaid. For the caffeine my favorite is the generic Costco brand dupe 5 hour energy shot, but if you don’t need/want the extra vitamins, a caffeine pill works. Then a baby aspirin. Right after the water when you get out of bed.
Exercise. I used the couch to 5 k program. It’s an app on your phone. It gets you started from a couch potato to running a five K in three months. Keep on running. I kept training and ran a 5k, 10k, half marathon, and 26 mile marathon.
Runners aren’t fat.
undonedomm@reddit
Chug 2 full bottle of water every time before you eat, you’ll feel full and only eat a portion of your usual meal.
BurgandyFrog@reddit
Some medications have side effects of loss of appetite and weight. Though most of them are for mental conditions and are not supposed to be taken without prescription, if you can get away with that. You can get thin technically speaking
zoomh3x@reddit
ULPT Lomaira. You can get it very easily from the manufacturer.
cheezytitz@reddit
With out a prescription?
zoomh3x@reddit
They'll give you one
cheezytitz@reddit
Could you clarify? Who is going to give the script? The manufacturer?
zoomh3x@reddit
On the company website, there’s a link that connects you to a practitioner. They go over risks and contraindications and write the script. Your bmi needs to be above 30, but it’s just a phone call and no one actually checks. I did this back in February.
jooooooooooooose@reddit
The actual LPT is to stop saying shit like "I can't because I'm depressed." You absolutely can control your eating habits. You are letting an excuse control your life because it's easy. Be a grown up.
The ULPT is to start smoking.
krungthepmahanakon@reddit
Yeah that’s how depression works, having control over your mind and all that. Especially long term.
Fight me for it all you want but trying to cure symptoms instead of the underlying issue rarely works, I don’t get what’s so fucking hard to understand that, especially as a “grown up”
jooooooooooooose@reddit
My comment is not about depression, its about addiction.
Every person with any addiction of any kind has given 1,000 excuses about how they "want to stop but can't because X." Saying "I cant" is comforting, you remove your responsibility - if only something else happened, once ABC date/event occurs I'll be different, etc.
There is rarely that magic event (and if there is, it's often tragic).
The only mindset that helps you solve an addiction is getting over the "I can't because..." and saying "I can BUT I need help" and focusing on that. You need to give yourself agency.
vulgardisplay76@reddit
You are really gonna talk about addiction like it’s simply lacking the willpower to go to the gym consistently?
Ignorant comments, bro.
Research has found addiction that literally rewires the brain.
Keep up ffs.
jooooooooooooose@reddit
There's not a single person on the planet earth who has overcome addiction without acknowledging their own agency in the process. Not a single one.
It's far, FAR from being the whole solution, but learning to embrace your own ability to make a change is a necessary, albeit not sufficient, step.
As someone who has overcome their own addictions I am simply sharing the mindset that helped me. And I've been around addicts of various flavors mostly aubstance related, all of whom had a reason why "they can't stop." The ones who recovered don't say they "can't" anymore.
If "you have agency, you can do this, believe in your own ability" is an ignorant comment that shouldnt be uttered, you offer absolutely nothing to the aggrieved. You should appreciate that the counterfactual of "it's impossible to change" is hardly a productive mindset.
Keep up, ffs
krungthepmahanakon@reddit
Just like addiction depression is a mental illness where you’re at a point where everything you stated is the default. Obviously everybody knows they can lose weight and how to do it isn’t a secret either. But getting yourself to the point of actually doing something about it (symptoms or illness) is everything but easy. None of that has anything to do with being a grown up, the illness behind it is preventing you from getting better and that’s why it’s so hard.
RedditUser42068@reddit
I don’t get what’s “so fucking hard” for you to understand that laziness and lack of discipline is the underlying cause. Dude needs to lose over 130 lbs.
krungthepmahanakon@reddit
You ignore facts left and right, is that the reason why you’re advocating for Trump? Everything I’ve read from you so far just translates to loser.
RedditUser42068@reddit
Woah, sounds like it’s time for your daily bussy stuffing. Relax, and sifting through someone’s history to poke at things that have nothing to do with the conversation should be beneath someone such as yourself. Or maybe you didn’t get your reach around promised to you? I’d be upset too, I guess
b0ingy@reddit
50 year old with depression here. I can confirm this is how depression works.
krungthepmahanakon@reddit
Sure.
b0ingy@reddit
I meant what you said is right. that may have not been clear.
onexbigxhebrew@reddit
It's a two way relationship; depression is very often a symptom of being overweight, as fat is hormonally active and has a causal relationship with stress hormones, not counting the general psychological and social impact that being overweight has.
It's not just a one-way street
oxfozyne@reddit
What a profoundly ignorant and callous comment, delivered with the confidence of someone blissfully unaware of their own intellectual limitations. Your simplistic, reductionist take on something as complex as weight management and mental health is not only insulting, but it also dismisses decades of medical and psychological research as if it were an afterthought. You seem to believe that all human behavior can be boiled down to a matter of “just being a grown-up,” as though the myriad struggles of metabolic disorders, trauma and countless other conditions can be overcome by a mere flick of a mental switch—how convenient for you.
Your blithe suggestion that people are “letting an excuse control their life” is a staggering display of ignorance, wrapped in the smugness of someone who has likely never faced such challenges themselves. The idea that simply “controlling your eating habits” is a solution for everyone reveals a shocking lack of empathy and a deep misunderstanding of the human condition. If it were as easy as you claim, we’d have no need for the fields of psychiatry, endocrinology, or behavioral science. But no, in your world, all it takes is a little “grown-up” willpower, as if psychological and physiological factors are mere inconveniences to be brushed aside.
And then, to cap off this masterclass in idiocy, you offer the “advice” to start smoking—because, of course, when one is struggling with health, why not recommend a habit that leads to cancer, heart disease, and premature death? Your comment is a testament to the dangers of unqualified people offering “solutions” to problems they clearly don’t understand.
If only you could recognize that the complexity of human health goes far beyond your hollow platitudes. But alas, it seems you’ve chosen the easy path—the path of dismissal, arrogance, and a gross oversimplification of issues that affect millions if not billions of people. In the end, your “advice” is not just unhelpful; it’s irresponsible, uninformed, and beneath anyone who claims to have a shred of understanding or empathy.

Coffee.
Caffeine can curb your hunger. Only downside is I usually get extremely hungry once it wears off. That’s when I get my second cup of coffee lol
Only downside is if you’re sensitive to caffeine it’ll probably just make you very anxious instead.

Zyn or nicotine pouches/patches. Won't make you smell like cigarettes but the nicotine will curb your appetite. Downside is you will still have a nicotine addiciton

Switch your adhd meds to appetite suppressing ones, if your doctor won't prescribe different ones, take small amounts of speed instead. Make sure to do some resistance training so you don't lose too much muscle. Also make sure to drink some chocolate milk, smoothies, shakes etc so you get some protein, fat and nutrients. You don't want to starve yourself, just cut down on calorie intake. Also drink more water than you usually do, and take multi vitamins.
Good luck!

I also tried Ally medication (over the counter). It doesn't suppress appetite but does act like a laxative and makes you shit out everything you eat.

Well, if you change what you're binge eating it will help. It won't be a fast weight loss but it can be effective.
Eating a bunch of fruit instead of a bunch of candy or cookies or other high fat content foods is going to result in weight loss.
Unethical, have somebody put you into a coma for a while.
Predat0rSwafflez@reddit
Well, to start it off, getting your hands on amphetamins and cocaine is incredibly easy as long as you're not living in a islamic country or parts of asia where the sentences for drug use, possession, selling or trafficking can go up to a death sentence.
When I was visiting somewhere I couldn't bring any weed to, due to whatever reason, I just went up to some shady looking people in crowded areas like main stations (trains) and market places and just bluntly ask them where I could buy drugs.
It literally worked every single damn time I did it. But there are some basic rules for that kind of interaction. NEVER follow them to a place you don't know yet or which is only semi public. NEVER hand them any money before you saw the product or it has been handed over. NEVER EVER tell them that you're a foreigner/visitor, that will increase chances of getting jumped exponentially. And always be polite. Even tho some of these guys are absolute monkeys, they may be armed, and a happy dealer usually is not a violent one if they ever want to sell to you again.
If my how2buy drugs does not work for you, you could try to ingest a tapeworm. I don't know how to get my hands on that tbh, but I do know that you should plan how to get rid of it in advance!
Good luck and try to not kill yourself!

My biggest drops in weight were always from getting sick like that. What a miserable way though!
Nicotine gum combined with peppermint gum takes away my hunger. And in gum form nicotine doesn't harm the body like cigarettes do. Either way, better than puking all day.
Choano@reddit
That advice is dangerous. Please don't follow it.
Nicotine is addictive in any form. Nicotine gum might not be as bad for you as cigarettes, but that's like saying dropping an anvil on your foot isn't as bad as dropping an anvil on your head.
That's true, but avoiding anvils entirely is preferable, by far.
GanymedeRobot@reddit
Considering people were telling him to eat diseased meat I think the nicotine gum is a step up.. 🤣
Also, the anvil metaphor might fall short here. You could live a hundred years chewing nicotine gum carefully, but you would not be able to survive beyond a few anvil drops.😉
Many things are addictive. But if you really study up on pub med.gov, you will see that the nicotine is not what actually causes the cancer.
But being obese is highly correlated with certain cancers. Be well, mon ami.

I gained about 60 to 80 lb during the worst of my depression, and though I didn't do it deliberately, that depression eventually turned into an anxiety disorder that made me stop eating and I lost those 60 lb in about a year. So you just need to figure out how to trigger some intense, chronic anxiety and you'll stop wanting to eat and everything will work out.

Appetite suppressants are literally a thing you can buy. No prescription is needed, totally over the counter. Depending on where in Europe you are, they may be less common, but just buy these.
I will say, though, eating, weight gain, and depression are all very related. I've been there. You got to figure out what's causing this. If the root problem isn't solved, you WILL gain the weight right back, and you will be discouraged more than ever. Weight loss is a lifestyle change, not a temporary change.
I hope the best for you.

Get yourself in serious relationships and go through multiple breakups, maybe across a few months. Breakups always suppress appetites.
Maybe chain smoke for a couple of weeks without eating much, I've heard that also suppresses appetite.
Food poisoning usually works well, maybe find a bad restaurant or eat a raw chicken.
Alternatively, regularly vomit after each meal so the food isn't digested. But your mind will feel full, maybe.

Just take glucophage (metformin) one pill a day in the morning. Eat once (no fat in food) then take glucophage.
During the day, drink tea with stevia sugar (no fructose or aspartame or other bullshit) either add stevia or natural bee honey for sweetening, you're allowed about 2 and a half tea spoons of normal white sugar.
Also during the day use the advice from someone in the comments, take peppermint gum and nicotine gum.
You're fine now, if you need to eat, eat stuff with no fat, like peas and carrots, cook em and eat or just go monkey and eat sweet potatoes, its what i do before the gym, sweet potatoes + bananas. Or if you're a rich cunt, go ape and eat only the whites of boiled eggs, eat as long as you want, that's the safest, no fat no carb, nothing, only protein. Remember that fiber is good as your body need calories to digest fiber so go with peas, sweet potatoes, egg whites.
Use carbonated water which will make you full, dont do too much of it.
Masturbation burn calories too, go haywire and nut 69 times a day.
If you wanna go to the gym its fine, you will have to adjust what i said, carb before gym, protein after gym, take creatine hcl or monohydrate.
You can do all of this but you go full ape mode and you die within 6 days

Do NOT ATTEMPT but there was an episode of 1000 ways to die where dude rigged up a homemade liposuction machine in his garage using some tubing and a super powered shop vac obviously from the name of the show it didn't end well. Intentional ingestion of a tapeworm was also on that show ( again don't do that)
There's other types of semaglutides that are not ozempic that are more affordable.

Semaglutide for sale for cheap. If it asks for a research facility, just put in any college that’s near you. They aren’t checking. I know dozens of people using it.
Get sterile water off Amazon and 1cc syringes.
Mix 1cc of sterile water into the 5mg vial.
You inject it into the fat anywhere on your body. Stomach is an easy shot. Needles are tiny and you can’t hit anything important even if you wanted to.
Start by injecting 0.25 mg/week for 4 weeks. (0.05ml) Then 0.5mg/week for 4 weeks (0.1ml) Then go to 1.0mg/week (0.2ml). This is where most people start getting results.
If not getting results then go to 1.5mg.
Max is 2.5mg
You will lose weight.
Nausea, heart burn, fatigue are normal side effects. Will last 6 months then slowly dissipate.
Krunk_korean_kid@reddit
Literally just binge eat a ton of veggies and meat and fish.
Stay away from junk food, soda, and carbohydrates.
Drink water, u can add citrus fruits for flavor. Sweeten with stevia or monk fruit sweetener to avoid insulin spikes.

Losing weight is as simple as eating less calories than you burn. Sure, exercise helps tons too, but ultimately it’s about the caloric deficit. I’ve been a personal trainer and competitive bodybuilder for 25 years. Dm me if you need help with a plan. I’m happy to assist.

It really isnt, is it easy? of course not, but its definitely attainable, i lost 30lbs simply by eating less food, no working out involved, now i eat a healthier amount of food and dont feel like crap all the time. Caloric deficit is the biggest factor in weight lose by a long shot

learn how to buy stimulant drugs that do kill your appetite off the darkweb. it's a very involved process but there are subreddits that guide you how, also the website "tor (dot) taxi"
Try cigarettes too.
If you can handle how vile it is and its toxicity, you can extract a pretty powerful appetite killing euphoric stimulant drug called propylhexedrine from the decongestant Benzedrex inhalers. Basically you soak the ingredient in lemon juice and drink it to get a pretty powerful amphetamine like high that will not only kill your appetite but make you forget to eat because you're so locked in to whatever it is you're doing. It is absolutely vile to drink though, no chaser is enough to prevent gagging but it does work. r/Benzedrex

This is a dank comment lmao. I learned so much.
Elfng@reddit
I absolutely hate that phentermine absolutely freaking works to loose weight but in killing what ever drives you to eat, it also kills almost all sex drive in men. In women it can actually have an opposite effect and place their sex drive on super overdrive. I know from first hand knowledge of the wife and me trying it. She lost about 30 lbs in 3 months and I had to quit after loosing 5 pounds in less than a week because of the no libido.
CountlessStories@reddit
Change what you binge eat: eat more proteins, burgers, chicken, fish, hell, even hotdogs unless you have some other health issue. You may have to learn to eat it without bread if you're trying to get below 68 KG body weight.
What you want is to binge a lot of mass for your stomach, with the least amount of calories per ounce, weight wise. That's gonna be meat, or vegetables with fiber.
If you have to drink something sweet with your food and can't do water, coke/diet soda. make your stomach as heavy as possible with as few calories as possible.
This is ULPT , so you're gonna lose weight, just not in a healthy way.
Choano@reddit
As far as I can tell, that's actually pretty similar to standard weight-loss advice. Dieticians call it "volume eating."
If I understand correctly (and I'm not a weight loss expert, so I might be wrong), the idea is to start by working for satiety, not stopping the binge eating.
Then, once the person has managed to eat a low-carb, high-protein and high-fiber diet for a while and is doing well on it, you start working on the other behavioral and psychological stuff.
heyspacequeen@reddit
I was also going to suggest more protein. I feel the most full when I eat high protein, higher fat, and being carb-conscious

What do you drink daily? I bet it's some syrupy sugar laden bullshit.
Cut that right the fuck out, immediately. Probably save money here as well which can help with depression.
Now, all that sugar water you've just nixed needs replaced with water, and water alone.
You probably don't drink enough water and piss orange or yellow, huh?
Add more fuckin water. Keep a bottle with you always and start looking to refill it when it hits half.
That's a start. Think about your food choices long and hard. Processed shit bad. Sugar really bad.
Think simple ingredients you can make at home for cheap as piss, and you can make it better than you get elsewhere. Improving cooking skills can improve depression.
Things like rice and beans. Simple protein like tit of chicken. Fish. Idk it's all pretty easy once you try it a little.
Don't forget the water, and just try to watch your eating habits. Make small changes where you can. If you're getting "hungry" away from meal times try to coax it away with some water, and a small snack if necessary.
Don't make yourself sick. That's no fun.
Take care, chin up, and you'll get through this.👍🏿

The best way would be to try to get some self control and cut down on the snacking. That alone will actually do a lot. But weight loss isn’t really a “fast” thing, it takes time useless you do some things they probably aren’t the healthiest for you

My first couple years being on my own I lost a ton of weight by spending all my pizza delivery money on cigarettes & rent instead of food. I pretty much lived off of cigarettes and employee meal personal pan pizzas.
So try moving out to an overpriced city, get a low paying job, and spend excess cash on cigs instead of snacks.
The depression should really help you commit to this bit, tbh.

Sooo… unfortunately no real short cuts to lose
But you can find another solution to binge eating / don’t buy any junk food have only healthy options around since you have no self control. Maybe redirect your ADHD to workout and keep it short no excuses you can do jumping jacks, look up YouTube workouts, jump rope and even walking.
Let’s say there’s a miracle weight loss drug with your habits you’ll end up with those 60kg back. You have to change your habits and redirect your binge eating, working out is a great way to help with depression!

The only things I can think of that might fit your parameters would be:
1: Medical holiday in Brazil for stomach bypass surgery (you said not to land in the hospital, this more like sliding) 2: order a bunch of African mud cakes/cookies and live off those for a few months. 3. Lock away your finances so you are too broke to eat for a few months (this worked well for me several times) 4. Cheap diet pills from the doctor
