If I move from my home country which is Canada to Europe while having dual citizenship do I still get the same healthcare and all other things that "regular" citizens would get? I also don't mean moving for like a year or so like a permanent move is more so what I'm looking at

It depends on the country you move to and what citizenship you have. Each country has a slightly different system and offer to its citizens - but most will offer free basic healthcare on the public system (at least within the EU).

You mean healthcare in Europe. It varies. There can be a qualifying residence period before you can access free healthcare. You don’t mention which European country, but you should check.

Yes, you just have to sign up. But you get local healthcare and you also get an EU healthcare card, which covers you for basics across the EU

Healthcare is provincial. You will lose your OHIP privileges
