I’m a marketer in Canada and would like to move to a European country, however for my profession I typically need to speak the local language with expert proficiency. Which country (if any) would you say that business is mostly conducted in English. I have dual citizenship with an EU country, so visas would not be an issue. I do not want to move to the UK or Ireland.

Edit: to be clear, I fully intend to learn the local language to integrate into the country, however learning it to expert proficiency for my chosen career as a marketer won’t happen in the short term. Therefore, I am looking for countries that specifically conduct business and marketing in English. Thank you for all that have responded thus far.
