If you are in the central part of Dallas, Shug's Bagels will make you look good. They're on Mockingbird at 75, on the edge of the SMU campus. Get garlic herb cream cheese in your spread.

Where can you get good ones in Dallas?

The best fruit ones are at Four Czechs in Fate. They are incredible.

I honestly don’t know. I get mine at a local donut shop in Hillcrest village. They make an awesome jalapeño, but the reddy of them are meh.

Cookies from Jen's Cafe in north Dallas are extraordinary

Oh really? I live near the Galleria and always drive past that place. I’ll check them out 👍

The place is solid for sandwiches and salads too. The cookies are the size of saucers and always fresh. I used to bring a box out to good customers. I kinda miss working in that area. Hope you enjoy it.

I worked by the Galleria in the late 90's until 2003. We'd hit Jen's for chicken and dumplings and the lemon bars. Those lemon bars were perfection.

My job used to office around the corner on Beta from Jen's for three years and lunch there was always good but their cookies, pastries, and baked goods were excellent.

You have to specify where in Dallas you are. This is a city of nearly 1.5 million people and almost 400 sq miles

Recommend also considering if your clients might have any allergies - including some gluten free/vegan options is always nice. :)

La Rue donuts just opened in the Trinity Grove area. Their donuts are fantastic. I’d would place a pre order to avoid lines and insure you get a good selection.

Like others have said before me, depending on your location cookies from JD’s Chippery in HP and Shug’s bagels are great ideas
WhitefishBoy@reddit
I've been to most of the bagel places in town, and Lubbies (on Peavy) has the best ones I've come across. Village Baking Co. (several locations) is great for French fare, and Leila Bakery and Cafe on Oram has great quiche, kolaches and more.
