Someone on the local Reno subreddit claims to have just witnessed a plane crash, anyone have access to more info about what happened?

Apparently they saw an explosion, and a plane plummet to the ground while another plane that was in the immediate vicinity flew away. Anyone have any more info on this? Sounds very dire.

That is sad, but I'm glad it wasn't the Stead Airport. My dad works there and after the last few crashes at the air races, I get a little scared now.

Fair, but I often see people on here posting info they overheard via real time radio chatter and such, figured someone might know something about it beyond op's eyewitness account.
