Anyone know what they're doing at the South side of Park Ln. I saw that they fenced off the parking lot and looks like they're about to start some sort of construction.

Looks like there are several projects for Bob Woodruff Park listed on the City of Plano page: https://www.plano.gov/1545/Plano-Park-Projects-and-Plans

Specifically looks like this project: https://www.plano.gov/1414/Bob-Woodruff-Park-South
A project to replace and relocate the existing restroom building to comply with flood plain requirements. The existing restroom building was built in 1985 and is no longer ADA compliant. As development has increased in the watershed, the 100-year floodplain has risen, and the existing structure is now within the floodplain. The proposed restroom building will be located nearby, out of the floodplain, and be fully accessible and compliant with all current building and fire codes.
Project will be completed in the fall of 2025.
