Just moved to TX in July. Apparently, you have to get your new TX license within 90 days of moving here, but it's only by appointment only. I've been trying to book an appointment for months, but it seems like everything is booked up until after the 90-day limit since I've lived here. Will I have to retake the driving exam if I miss the 90-day period? Are there any ways to get a squeeze-in at the DMV? My previous license hasn't expired, btw.
