Obviously can’t abuse this too much but it works. Dispute a charge, you’ll get mailed paperwork and all you have to do is simply not fill it out and you’ll automatically be charged again for the amount whenever the investigation closes which is usually 30-90 days.

To be fair, unethical and illegal are diffrent things.
Not paying taxes to save starving people is illigal but not unethical. Befriending an old lady just to get her inheritance is unethical but not illigal.

You’d have a better chance of getting away with shoplifting than getting away with credit card fraud. The credit card company has your name, address, date of birth, etc. and it’s pretty easy for them to file a report for suspected fraud if you’re disputing legitimate purchases.

Also I have called my bank to dispute a charge when the vendor did not provide services and they took my information over the phone and that was that, there was no paperwork.
