ULPT request employee abusing bathroom break excessively

I have few employees that take advantage of bathroom breaks, 7 times 15-20 min bathroom breaks. What can I do
AccessEcstatic9407@reddit
Bathroom spy. Find an ally that uses the same restroom and have them follow the people in. See what they are really up to. If bathrooms are single user variety, get a stethoscope and stand outside the door. Otherwise, find a way to get their Reddit username and watch their account for new activity while they are “using the restroom”.

Yeah if I walk out the bathroom and the boss is there with a stethoscope I’m making a call to HR or a lawyer.
taylor__spliff@reddit
Could you imagine lol.
AccessEcstatic9407@reddit
Good thing these are unethical tips.
Sonikku_a@reddit
Hmm, quite. But repercussions should also be considered.
AccessEcstatic9407@reddit
Then what’s the point of this sub? There are possible repercussions for literally every unethical tip provided here. Let’s just rename it “ULPT that can’t possibly lead to negative repercussions.”
Sonikku_a@reddit
The point of this sub is to give unethical tips, but it’s also prudent to give people a heads up about the repercussions so they can make smart choices about what they may choose or choose not to do.

Unethical—install a signal blocker. They can’t stand to be away from their phones that long
CoffeeHead112@reddit
Lol, yes commit a federal crime.
Ok_Perception1131@reddit
Not sure it’s a crime to block cell signals in the restroom.
The federal government blocks cell signals in many high security buildings.
CoffeeHead112@reddit
It's illegal to have a civilian cell blocker.
Meecus570@reddit
What? The federal government can do things that private individuals can't! I'm shocked, shocked I tell you.
But yeah if you have an active signal blocking device you are going to have a bad time. Put something passive like a Faraday cage in the walls if you don't want to get reamed by the feds.
thatsomebull@reddit
This is UNETHICAL life pro tips
CoffeeHead112@reddit
Well in that case if they line the walls with chicken wire, it can block cell signals. It could be just an unintended "accident".
Original_Telephone_2@reddit
Boss makes a dollar, I make a dime. That's why I shit on company time.
Fuck you.
Meecus570@reddit
I make a dollar, boss makes way the fuck more. That's why I shit on the company floor.
too_many_shoes14@reddit
His paycheck goes up while my goes south and that's why I like to shit in his mouth.
Chang_Robert@reddit
Be very careful....it could be due to a legit medical condition. If you attempt to intercede it could result in a lawsuit.
too_many_shoes14@reddit
only if the employee notified HR
MLGTuLegit@reddit
Install square toilet seats
prombloodd@reddit
We don’t respect management here
Go fuck yourself and leave the employees alone.
hajmolacaneD@reddit
Turn the heat on full blast inside the washrooms. If they have to legitimately take a huge shit, they can bear to be uncomfortable for some time. Nobody would enjoy scrolling tiktok with sweat dripping down their cheeks. Bonus, if you can position the vent right above the stall so that there is a steady blast of warm air from above.
Also, motion activated lights, which turn off after 10 minutes, and the sensor should be installed by the door.
LesterBanks@reddit
Require all employees to wear a diaper.
VeryIntoCardboard@reddit
Pay them more or look the other way
creative_name_idea@reddit
I'm surprised no one has brought up liquid ass yet with this one. Secretly make the bathroom smell horrible so nobody can stand to be in there for more than a few minutes
ProbablyMyJugs@reddit
What if they’re in there to take a shit
creative_name_idea@reddit
If the bathroom already smells like liquid ass then I would wonder what they are eating there.
Ok_Perception1131@reddit
This actually would work.
Ok_Perception1131@reddit
Remove the restrooms but provide portajohns.
ProbablyMyJugs@reddit
It could be due to a medical condition. Some people actually do have to go that frequently. Don’t get yourself sued because you’re potty-watching your employees.
bent_my_wookie@reddit
Stop micro managing and just measure performance. You’re on the cusp of being the worst kind of boss.
M4c4br346@reddit
I would knock on the door after 5 minutes, say that it's the boss and that their 5 minutes are up.
Sonikku_a@reddit
Humans need to poop and pee. Some humans have conditions that necessitate doing so more frequently than others.
Are they getting their prescribed work done? If not you can punish them for that, but odds are if they truly are bathrooming to avoid work the problem is with you and how you manage your business and/or what you’re paying them.
Imaginary-Brain5985@reddit
Let them use the toilet otherwise they will keep farting everywhere and the whole company will smell like shit.
hereforpopcornru@reddit
Company pot luck. Be liberal with anti diarrhea medicine in the soup. Watch production skyrocket!
This is ULPT, but really... don't do this.... lol
Sad-Breakfast-911@reddit
I have several medical conditions that cause me to use the restroom several times a day.
I think you're threading on very dangerous ground. Even young "healthy" looking people can have serious medical issues.
You really need to go to HR and consult with legal on the right way to talk to them about it.
WorthlessGolde@reddit
Ask if they want a gastroenterologists number so they can see why the heck they are so constipated and pooping all the time
