Anyone got info on this Sculpture? (at the Univision Tower a.k.a. 2323 Bryan St)

Dang it, I love a good puzzle, but I also got nowhere. It's not listed in the Dallas Public Art Collection list, which has not been kept up well. But stuff from way older than the 80s is in that list, so I thought there was a chance. Maybe if it's not owned by the city, they're not listing it?
I found the developers who built it...mabye someone at the firm could/would tell you more?

I discovered that list ages ago, it's useful but, like you saw, it has its limitations; lots of pieces are missing from it.
Thanks for the devs info, perhaps I'll look into that.

I'm also curious about this one

I like looking into the art around downtown Dallas and I can't seem to find any info about this Sculpture that's in front of the Univision Tower. I've walked around it many times and I haven't found a plaque for it. Who's the artist? When was it installed? What's its title? Any info like that would be appreciated, thanks. Also, sorry for the poor photo quality.

Univision is the least of what’s in that building… the sculpture is something though

Also, you might know this already, but the Univision Tower is a part of the Plaza of the Americas, for which there is a brief Wikipedia article. Perhaps that could give you some resources on where to look?

I didn't find anything from those resources unfortunately. But I didn't realize it was part of that plaza, so maybe after a few renditions of "Plaza of the Americas Dallas Sculpture" who knows, maybe I'll find the info I'm looking for hah.

I bet it was just made up by the architect to emulate the corporate art that’s typically done by a sculptor for office buildings; maybe they just didn’t want to bother with a sculptor, or maybe the deal fell through last minute. If you could find public-use blueprint or schematic of the building, that might at least address the possibility of it not having a separate artist or title.

I think this could be an explanation, however, like when I hear hooves I think horses and not zebras, I think that most structures that look like sculptures are likely to be sculptures (with titles, a sculptor, meaning, etc.) rather than just generic corporate art with no defining info
