When I lived in Plano I used to go to Total Med Spa in Allen for vitamin b shots to help with a medical issue. I never tried any of their aesthetic stuff but I will say the office was clean, the staff friendly and prompt, and I did see the occasional man there for services. They do have instagram but it's more general info on their services and notifications for sales and specials. They also do (or at least used to do) groupons and match groupon offers in the office without buying through groupon.
