Anywhere to climb A LOT of stairs?

This has been asked before but everyone was guessing in the comments 6 years ago. Does anyone know if any of the decent size stadiums are open early in the mornings or 24/7?
Ideally I'd like stair runs that are 40-50 steps tall.

Sadly Plano is one of the flattest places on Earth.
(Sorry I couldn’t be of more help. Maybe try the mall?)

I worked out at 24 Hr Fitness in Addison (now closed), but our class had group warm ups in the parking garage here. It’s 5 stories, so tons of stairs. We would run up and down the garage, which was around 2 miles. The gentle incline made the first half tough, and the decline was a nice break to finish.
There’s lots of parking garages in Plano as well, like Legacy East & West. Like Addison, they’re likely quite empty in the mornings and outside of the evening bustle. Just another option to consider outside of your typical stadium, which might be restricted for schools while they are in session. Good luck!

This is in Dallas, but look up Tower at Cityplace.

When I was trying to build “stair stamina” for my trip to Japan a couple of years ago, I would go to the Legacy West parking garage in the morning or weekends and go up and down the stairs there. Public school stadiums are going to be locked up. Maybe there’s a religious private school stadium that’s open around here?

As an older person, please don't do this to your knees. Just walk flat for longer.

Agreed. Lots if things we can do that are good for us physically immediately but long term, not so much.

To each their own.

Stairs are not bad for knees, assuming they aren’t already damaged or arthritic. Jogging or running is bad for knees.

Take the Red or Orange line train from Parker Rd Station or the Downtown Plano Station and get off at Cityplace/Uptown Station. There are 14 floors of stairs to climb to get to ground level. This DART Station is open during DART service hours.

What about Clark stadium?
