Posting for a friend after seeing the success with that guys truck yesterday.
*STOLEN*
$1000 REWARD IF FOUND
Last seen Saturday night at Pluckers in Plano and it was last seen in South Dallas.
This car VERY distinguishable parts PLEASE KEEP AN EYE OUT ON ALL PLATFORMS
Polished 3.0 Whipple 1LE exterior Blue valve covers Big Gulp intake with 6 meth nozzles 1LE wing Smoked tail lights
And yes I had A REAL tracker and kill switch and steering wheel lock.
CuttingTheMustard@reddit
A tracker with a kill switch and a steering wheel lock? Sounds like you were targeted.
RoyalRenn@reddit
Jeez man-so sorry to hear this. WTF is going on with all of these cars being jacked?
hunchojack1@reddit
Organized crime is running cars thefts in DFW
Quirky_Object_4100@reddit
It is organized I know a guy who had a car very similar to OPs, very expensive sports car. Guys pulled up with their own fob programmed got it and were in and out in 10 seconds. Got stolen from his job so they saw the cameras. Car was stripped and in bricks within a week in some random apartments
KenDanTony@reddit
I had a boss and the same thing happened with his sierra. From what I hear it’s a gmc thing. When we got a new Yukon the neighbor who already had one suggested we put our fobs in anti-Bluetooth cases. Something about people scanning them from your front yard.
_Puppet_Mastr_@reddit
Very, VERY possible. Modern technology kinda makes stuff like this easy nowadays
Debaser626@reddit
I had my 1990 Mazda 626 stolen from outside my girlfriend’s house.
That alone isn’t exactly the surprise of the century, but the rub was I had literally grenaded my transmission leaving her house a couple week’s prior.
(One night, going home, I had put the car in drive, pressed the gas and a section of the transmission had exploded into small pieces of metal and gearing)
I’m not quite sure how (or why) they stole it, but yeah.
SparrockC88@reddit
Thieves had a well programmed flipper
maoinminor@reddit
My car was stolen during Quarantine (“Good Friday wasn’t so good), there’s a massive “chop shop” market here..they just deport the people (that’s not speculation) and the cycle continues.
NoSpecific1178@reddit
Big ring that is taking them to Mexico. Have a friend that had their truck found behind an abandoned house under a tarp.
Cops told her it’s really ramped up the last two years. I wonder if it has anything to do with the millions of illegals passing through the state?
No-Specialist-4059@reddit
Had me in the first half, not gonna lie
SparrockC88@reddit
I mean, the Cartels aren’t from the US..
No-Specialist-4059@reddit
Immigrants being synonymous with cartels is like saying all Italians are in the mob
SparrockC88@reddit
It’s not really though, like cartels can be immigrants but immigrants aren’t necessarily cartels type thing. However the illegal immigration through the southern border does generally go through the cartels
No-Specialist-4059@reddit
Same thing with the mob and Italians. All (Italian) mobsters are Italian but not all Italians are in the mob.
My point is that you can’t blame things on “immigrants” when the cartels are at fault. Immigrants, even Mexican immigrants, are not synonymous with cartels.
Fresh-Town3058@reddit
Im related to someone who was sent to prison for a very long time for being a part of a ring that did this. This is NOT an “immigrant” problem. Most of these organizations are full of second, third, fourth generation Latinos, Chicanos. Not to say illegals don’t commit crime, but people are so xenophobic they see brown skin and immediately think they’re not US citizens when that’s usually not the case. Even more so most of the gun trafficking that happens in this country is literally by Americans lol people just love to look the other way because they don’t want to admit what’s REALLY wrong in this country is being caused by their own people.
NoSpecific1178@reddit
You really think it has zero impact? What else has happened in the last two years? What are other factors that could contribute to cars being stolen and SHIPPED to MEXICO for parts?
reserved_seating@reddit
It’s the Californians
NoSpecific1178@reddit
The Cali influx is really only been the last decade and a large percentage of that state is also illegal and/or Hispanic. So same/same. Thanks for helping strengthen my point. I know you’ll still say it can’t be anyone from Mexico shipping cars and parts to Mexico, but at some point we have admit some things or we never fix the problem.
TheBrettFavre4@reddit
Dang bro crazy. Do you have a link? I’d love to read more about how these cars are being stolen and stripped by illegal immigrants. Crazy.
newusr1234@reddit
Must me the same ones who are eating all the cats and dogs /s

Cars have always been stolen
MitchellTrueTittys@reddit
It’s becoming a bigger problem. My bosses 1 month old GMC truck got stolen a few weeks back and cops says they can’t do shit cause it was probably being broken down into parts within the hour it was stolen.
ArwingMechanic@reddit
It's Stellantis and GM who have the biggest problem. I can buy a programmer off AliExpress for a few hundred that will let me reprogram anything from them. The new systems they are launching are so ridiculously locked down that it will probably stop but, it will come at the expense of thousands of shops refusing to pay for the new programmers and stopping working on Dodge and GM shit.
reserved_seating@reddit
True, I suppose that is right with the KIA stuff too. Copying Keyfobs on the fly and what not.
RSADDICT4LIFE@reddit (OP)
REWARD IS 3k NOW!
Only replying to your comment for visibility since it’s at the top. Mods won’t edit the post for some reason.
Cheesencrqckerz@reddit
As someone who doesn’t know what that means can you explain how they could bypass a kill switch and tracker to steal? I’m genuinely curious
Extraneous_Material@reddit
Unplug them/snip the wires plain and simple. Low-level thieves will generally not know where or if those are wired in, but more experienced thieves know how to look for them.
Quirky_Object_4100@reddit
At the very least it should slow them down enough to make it more likely to get caught in the process.
Extraneous_Material@reddit
Potentially yes. Trackers are more often utilized for repos than anything else when someone stops making their payments. You're not going to stop more organized and determined thieves, radio signals can always be copied and replayed (including for a locked garage). A tow truck can also remove a vehicle in quick order and be gone.
It sucks, but that's what insurance is for. Fast cars (such as Hellcats and this one) are often targeted sadly.
Cheesencrqckerz@reddit
Ok so it sounds like this was a sophisticated theft at the very least if not an “inside job” or someone close to OP kinda thing. Truly impressive the lengths people will go to take what’s not theirs.
krel08@reddit
The problem is the criminals have more advanced technology right now.
Weird_Extension1577@reddit
They can take any car they want in less then 30 seconds… I’ve seen it myself. I’ve been around those dudes and luckily they were caught in the grapevine area. But they had the equipment and everything they needed to get the cars they wanted and they would target cars like the one OP posted.
Gopher--Chucks@reddit
Perhaps someone at the shop that installed it is in on it?
_Puppet_Mastr_@reddit
Hijacking to say....there are PROFESSIONAL car theft rings operating out of DFW, and obviously other major cities. Point is, if you have a valuable car and it's stolen...you have 24hrs MAX to recover it. Usually it's chopped and parted out within a few hours
Ok-Record-5955@reddit
An Apple air tag is only $25 and may be worth it for future reference
FormalTrouble9@reddit
I wonder if a two truck was used? The repo guys on YouTube don’t even get out of their truck and they get it within seconds
KeyEngineering3161@reddit
That thing is gone! Get your insurance money and move on. If it’s not stripped down by now, then it’s already headed to a dock to be shipped out.
Ok-Scratch-7452@reddit
A dock? Cars are being stolen to go overseas? I didn’t know this was a thing
ashtoocean@reddit
I didn’t know this, watch the sopranos and that’s what they did in the show. Stole cars and shipped them to Italy.
Ok-Scratch-7452@reddit
I don’t like those kind of shows, so I wouldn’t know
Leraven@reddit
Are you saying you’ve never seen Gone in 60 Seconds?!
tukai1976@reddit
Or season 2 of the wire
saysthingsbackwards@reddit
Or ever played any 3d GTA
Ok-Scratch-7452@reddit
Why would I do that? Correct
Ok-Scratch-7452@reddit
That is correct.
Zealousideal-Hat13@reddit
your way, it will not work
Ok-Scratch-7452@reddit
Correct
elbobgato@reddit
https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto-man-finds-stolen-truck-in-uae-1.7083615
A_despondent@reddit
People even steal sedans to ship overseas, some random CBC found one in Sudan that was stolen in CANADA.
Tasty_Two4260@reddit
Loaded into a container already in Dallas. Likely shielded to prevent any trackers being remotely activated. Put on a truck and in transit to a port to Asia, South America, or the Middle East.
MaxwellHillbilly@reddit
Unique cars?
Absolutely
-Space-Ape-@reddit
For sure, that car is long gone. It’s either stripped or shipped. That wasn’t stolen for a joy ride, they were watching you for a minute.
Ctmarlin@reddit
Should update the title to last seen in South Africa. That this is gone, gone. I’m from NJ and heard stories about how fast they can get these cars from a driveway to a shipping container at Port of Newark.
mcmaster-99@reddit
How would they ship it out without paperwork and ownership verification?
saysthingsbackwards@reddit
Usually that's within the bill
dudeimsupercereal@reddit
You just need an inside guy on a shipping carrier. They say we have 20 full length containers of parcels. All is good. Ones a car. In the destination country, it’s much easier to pay off multiple people to get it quietly set aside.
Ok-Record-5955@reddit
Clearly it would not go thru legally. It’s gonna be hidden or part of a ring, that is being paid off.
CommodoreVF2@reddit
Don't be too sure about that. My car was stolen last year, found two months later down near Houston with little damage.
longpenisofthelaw@reddit
Or being dogged out but yeah if anything I would hope that it isn’t found they probably aren’t treating her too kindly rn
neonshoes2@reddit
If this was done by professionals, yes. We don’t know that, could easily be a jealous acquaintance
LucyEleanor@reddit
Def pros. Dude had a steering lock, tracker, kill switch, etc
Jolly_Macaroon8268@reddit
It’s already in pieces my dude
2aucey@reddit
This is a 40k-80k car. U better raise the reward because u gone be the only one looking. Even if I see it that 1k not making me remember nun
bbrower13@reddit
$1k reward lmao! Shit we’d get more taking it to the “shop” or scrap yard lmao
RSADDICT4LIFE@reddit (OP)
3k now, but yes we know that low life’s would get more from taking what isn’t theirs. The reward isn’t directed at people like you, so don’t worry!
bbrower13@reddit
It was a fucking joke bruh get your panties out of a bunch lol
Smegaslayer420@reddit
Yeah that sucker is gone might wanna check Dowdy ferry since that’s where most stolen vehicles ends up or anywhere.
ResolutionMany6378@reddit
This car or the same trim I saw today around noon going on 75 towards McKinney.
RSADDICT4LIFE@reddit (OP)
You’re the second person to say that. Hearing that it might be driving around is a good sign. Thanks for keeping an eye out!
stfu5578@reddit
I went to a car meet and saw this car outside Dallas I have the photos of it and everything, same car 100%
RSADDICT4LIFE@reddit (OP)
DM me. What date and can you send pictures please!
No_Assumption4211@reddit
Only 1k??? Shit I could find it and sell the wheels for more than that.
RSADDICT4LIFE@reddit (OP)
It’s 3k now, but yes we know that low life’s would get more from selling what isn’t theirs. Reward isn’t directed at someone like you, don’t worry.
Practical_Berry_7733@reddit
Stolen in Dallas? That car was probably taken to shop or sold within 24hrs of being stolen. I hope you get it back but if you know Texas, then you know
500Shinobi@reddit
You'll find it, but only about 25% it's already stripped.
Temporary_Metal_1191@reddit
Lmfao ofc it was stolen at pluckers, had to go show off for all the high school girls!
aaFlo@reddit
I saw some YNS speeding in this on the highway and 3 of them had galaxy gas tanks in their hands
pixietopia@reddit
Beautiful car color!
Ill-Claim-9341@reddit
Most likely been stripped or shipped off if they were smart enough to disable all that
Flowkey_mma@reddit
Dude riding around in the Grove with this whip.
Not too far from skyline Highschool.
Shoddy-Store-4098@reddit
This car is most likely already chopped and shopped on, Harry Hines probably has pieces of this baby strewn all throughout sadly
TimelyAd867@reddit
I have an idea.. what if we just disconnected the battery every time we weren’t driving the car.. yeah it’d be a pain but I think the simplicity of it, would stump the thieves
Rabbits0nthemoon@reddit
I did this for a while after my truck was broken into, now i take the fuse or distributor out.
TimelyAd867@reddit
Even easier! I doubt thieves are carrying around spare fuses
Yoursoulismines@reddit
Might wanna check with McAllen PD that’s where they found mines.
SwagJuiceJae@reddit
“1000 reward if found” 😂😂 either that thing is in pieces across the country and the shell is on blocks or it’s in a 16 year old Mexicans backyard and getting ready to hit the crowd at an illegal take over. Good luck
BuckortwoBonzai@reddit
Man, I've had 2 stolen vehicles in dallas, my hellcat and my scat pack, both stolen in dallas, both from gated communities, both had antitheft and gps trackers and both were never found again, my insurance dropped me and I was underpaid both times. I'm strapping a remote detonator to 15 pounds of tannerite on the next one.
The police will not do anything to help you, I'm sorry it was a beautiful car.
RioRozayy@reddit
Sad to say this is the reason I don’t buy Camaros anymore. My 2019 SS was stolen the same way they will target those cars like no tomorrow.
Civil_Set_9281@reddit
Belongs to Mexico now
nerdboy_sam@reddit
Has this sub become a place to tell people about your stollen cars or car parts? Seems like it
Pabi_tx@reddit
If you've got a Stollen car, don't leave it outside in the rain.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stollen
LusterDiamond@reddit
Yeah it's already being stripped.
intetsu@reddit
An AirTag hidden in the car is the way…. Next time. Sorry this happened to you.
kittenclowder@reddit
Air tag only works if you’re within 200 ft. I got one for my escape artist cat and it doesn’t work unless he’s basically in the room with me.
UrBoobs-MyInbox@reddit
No but it has to be within 200 ft of ANY Apple device.
Gwenerfresh@reddit
I watched my luggage head to SLC when I was in San Diego. I can also see where my dog is in the house when I’m at work and the dog is at home.
kittenclowder@reddit
What I’m hearing is my AirTag doesn’t work lol
Cheesencrqckerz@reddit
Wait what? My car got towed and I was able to track it to the tow yard using “find my” immediately
ACG3185@reddit
An air tag is elementary to what he had on it and it was STILL was stolen.
intetsu@reddit
Yeah… but it’s a cheap backup and you can put it in a totally unexpected and inaccessible place. The battery lasts for a year.
ACG3185@reddit
It’s been proven the expert thieves can defeat them. And if they bypassed everything else he did, an air tag would’ve done nothing.
Astarklife@reddit
Those ghetto Arlington dealerships have been known to deal with stolen vehicles
B_U_F_U@reddit
Sad but true: if they want it, theyre going to get it. Its one of the main reasons i dont want to buy a high trim level car right now.
Underdoglovedpolly@reddit
Yo Doggg sorry they got you. That car is in Mexico. Being put in a container to be shipped to Haiti.
poikond@reddit
Im out of the loop but would a manual car be a deterrent for most car jackers? I assume if they can get around a tracker, kill switch, and a steering wheel lock then maybe a standard gear wont be helpful
RSADDICT4LIFE@reddit (OP)
It is manual.
Extension-Dig-58@reddit
How does someone claim the rack if found? Do you Zelle? Or?
RSADDICT4LIFE@reddit (OP)
Once he’s back in the car all that can be figured out. Just raised it to $3000
RSADDICT4LIFE@reddit (OP)
REWARD RAISED TO $3000
taa8483@reddit
DO NOT CONTACT OP DIRECTLY IF YOU SEE THIS VEHICLE. OP, please add the Police Department we should contact and case number. Stalking, road rage, etc. might not be the case here, but all should be cautious to only report to the proper authorities on the whereabouts of missing persons and stolen vehicles.
BlacksmithLow4022@reddit
Chill out dude
Specialist-Orange-59@reddit
Last seen in South Dallas?? Good luck.
Spyderh8rz@reddit
I feel like I seen this vehicle. I was driving down Scyene rd around 12:40 am and I seen blue camaro speed right me with that same wing.
skepticismlot@reddit
This was an inside job.
autopilot6236@reddit
Put your key fob in a faraday back. They need the signal to clone their fob and steal the car.
Johnnyb469@reddit
That’s one way they do it, but they more than likely programmed a new key through the obd2 port.
aemad1991@reddit
^this.
dragoninthebigsky@reddit
Log on you toll tag account to see where it may have been, if any.
No-Abbreviations1937@reddit
If they know how to work around a kill switch, steering wheel lock and tracking… a toll tag ain’t gonna help lol
dragoninthebigsky@reddit
You'd be surprised how stupid those thrives are when they are driving a stolen vehicle around town.
Megegz@reddit
Beautiful car 😭 hope its found in 1 piece
squirrelnutcase@reddit
South dallas? Probably in someone's backyard man. Sorry to hear.
CCCL350@reddit
Lol, Plucker's. Ur Camaro's engine has been swapped into a 2003 Silverado by now.
Pluckers is such a shithole.
queeso@reddit
Dude you don’t want it back. The are redlining and destroying that car if it hasn’t already been taken apart for parts.
glorfiedclause@reddit
Lmao you think someone with this build isn’t driving it like he’s lightening McQueen 24/7?
rkyyue45@reddit
Have you checked the Mayor's office?
xxxams@reddit
Is it really possible that no one considered using a pump switch? It can be powered through cell service. I've installed it on my last two cars, and they don't have nearly as many accessories or features as Ops. The only way to circumvent it is with a jammer, which, while legal to own, but illegal to operate. If a sweep occurs—like disabling the low jack or any other tracking device—the thief might think they're in the clear and not bother checking for any additional signals. Knowing the low jack is disabled, they'll start to panic trying to trace the source of the signal. This delays them, and they prefer not to waste time figuring it out. They might either leave your vehicle or take their chances. If they choose to drive away, they'll likely head straight to a shop, drawing unwanted attention. ( speeding and mistakes will be made)By that point, around 15 minutes after driving off, you should receive an alert on your phone indicating that your car is in motion. (Gps through cell service same service that allows you to kill the pump) You can then shut off the pump and disable the vehicle.
Aggressive-Ad-522@reddit
It is probably on its way to shipping container in Houston and ship to South America to strip
mayday253@reddit
$1,001 reward here.
NaughtyDoctor666@reddit
Plate ID would be helpful.
Brilliant-Both@reddit
I’m a ex Private investigator…..cars like this usually end up in a container in the Houston area then get shipped to a buyer
Classic-Bad-5550@reddit

mcd8070@reddit

Educational-Wheel920@reddit
😪😪😪 that’s nice
h8leli@reddit
Damn, it’s probably already in another state they will keep it there until it wears off then sell it
soziyu@reddit
I know who has your car and i have proof i message you
Sufficient_Heron_946@reddit
As someone who grew up in pleasant grove, I am sorry to say your car is stripped to the bone man. I hope it’s not, but 90% chance it is. There are a lot of chop shops and backyard setups in the area. Good luck
soziyu@reddit
I know who has it.
cpostier@reddit
Saw this exact thing but in a black, was a weird black like crappy wrap job, around 12:30ish headed north on 75 from about 635 to George bush tollway, but same exact spoiler
RichHat4843@reddit
Damn, didn’t know that thieves would be daring enough to try it in Plano of all places.
Professork08@reddit
If I find that ride, I want 1k and a test drive
otb_vznz@reddit

texasforever903@reddit
I'm an Uber driver in the North Dallas metro area. I picked up a guy and his gf from a bar one night about a week or so ago who had his built Camaro stolen that night. These cars are being highly targeted in the Dallas are right now.

Flippantfred@reddit
COPO Camaro was definitely targeted and most likely somewhere it was serviced. The sad part is if not shipped out of country, it will be stripped for its parts and that’s not where money is in a car such as this.

I call bs. It can't be "last seen" in two different cities.
RSADDICT4LIFE@reddit (OP)
I posted this for a friend and just copied his FB post. It was stolen at the Pluckers in Plano and last seen in south Dallas. Apologies that after having his baby stolen he didn't type the post correctly, and apologies I didn't catch it when copying it.
Racer_HMS@reddit
Can you please elaborate on your anti theft setup w/o compromising security? I'm in the DFW area researching how to secure a Camaro SS after having one stolen too. Did you have IGLA? Or a custom wired kill switch? How is your non-OnStar tracker not helping? Hope your whip is found in one piece, I can see a lot of work has went into it!
CorbinDalla5@reddit
That’s gone
TheGucciBandit@reddit
You had a tracker? What happened? That shit is nice ass ride, i doubt you’ll ever find it in one piece because that is an attention grabbing car. 😔

Towed? (Like thief used a tow truck?). Or can you tell? Curious as to the details (I have all the things too, but if we know how they thwarted it all, we can try and be one step ahead of them)
