When I start pc from cold boot, the VGA red led debug light goes on and no display to monitor but if I press the Restart button once, it runs fine until I shut down again..

I have to press the restart button once everytime I turn on from cold boot because the first boot doesnt show display on monitor and the vga red ez debug light goes on but turns off if I press the restart button. Anyone else who knows the workaround for this? Will the pc be damaged if I press the Restart button every time I boot up? I make sure to wait for 2-3 mins to make sure the pc running in the background reaches the Windows 10 Home Menu with the name on it (even if I don't see it because the monitor has no signal) so I can press the Restart button safely.
