What secrets could Russia have supplied that Iran doesn't already know?
Iran could have built a bomb decades ago. It has chosen not to. It has been very public about that choice and invited inspectors into the country to prove it.
The only reason to have a bomb is deterrence, and the Iranians correctly evaluate their one enemy that wants to bomb Iran as being psychotic. That enemy is busy right now destroying its own economy.
Something that just occurred to me, now that the Houthis have shut down the Red Sea, they have not only bankrupted the Israeli port of Eilat, but they have prevented Egypt from billions in Suez transit fees. While al-Sisi is "under the thumb" of the US, he might choose to reevaluate the bribes the US is paying him to leave Israel alone.
Ritter's point about Israel being a "dead man walking" (my metaphor vs his 5000 word essay) appears to becoming a reality.
One wonders what will happen to AIPAC and ADL then? Will they press for armageddon?
I guess I'm "lucky" to be old enough to not care so much for myself. I do feel badly for humanity.

The empire of lies is flailing about because the true nature and the overseers are being exposed.
Russia literally is the manufacturer and supplier of ballistic missiles to Iran not the other way around. Average liberal does not understand how tech works in the real world and assumes that BALLISTIC MISSILES just can change hands and can be hand operated by any random person. Most of the countries in the world do not have ballistic missile tech because of how complex it is. It requires launcher systems, software integration and satellite synching.
NATO admits that all of the CRUISE missiles it sent are launched by NATO personnel because of launch codes and satellite integration. For IRAN to send ballistic missiles to Russia it would have to send crews to launch them. Which is stupid because Russia would not allow foreign troops on it's soil to operate weapons. And that is where the lie falls apart.
This who hoax is to slur and insult Russia by claiming that foreign troops are operating on it's soil and are in command of critical weapons.

Joti Bahr on the history of WWII
"This has happened before and it will happen again."
Kind of non sequitur, but I was just listening to it and it explains why this war is happening but suggests how this time the Imperialists are going to lose.
I believe it was probably Russia that provided the Houthi their hypersonic missile, which the Houthis declared they did by themselves.
I also believe the Iranians have trained Russians on the use of the Fath 360. I give your interpretation some credence though. I was listening to "someone" explain how Russia would be able to build these themselves in the future, but the Iranians are doing it now. It was suppose to be a swap for S400s. but your point about foreign troops is valid. Just trying to fit together very conflicting facts.

Most of Iranian tech is modified Russian tech. Remember that drone that ''Iranians'' jammed and spoofed and made it land in Iran whole intact? Well it was dissected by Russian scientists while the Iranians observed and learned. It was because the Russian scientists already had expertise in those guidance systems and high level NATO weapons.
The drone was satellite guided and Iranians back then had little expertise in satellites and space systems. In fact to spoof it and take over it required someone who could send a signal from a satellite. Iran's first satellite only went up in 2009 and the RQ-170 drone was hijacked in 2011. Unless they have a super genius stashed somewhere, they got help from somebody. Think of this way. Iran has not been able to bring down more NATO drones even though they are there spying on it. And it has been over a decade. Then out of nowhere a team operating among the Houthis has brought down how many important spy drones in less than a year? Logic would suggest there exists a team or special weapon that can hijack with Electronic Warfare NATO's best drones. That team did a demonstration in 2011 but since then was not bringing down any more drones as if it was withdrawn from Iran. And then last year was deployed to Yemen. We know the team is not Chinese because China is too friendly with Pakistan who is a hostile bordering neighbor to Iran.
Most Iranian and Free Korean tech is based on Soviet design. Which some of the systems they improved upon in different ways than the Russians would to make them better suited for their environment. But at the route of it those systems are very similar and very familiar to the Russian scientists.
Another thing people don't understand is the fuel. It takes special refineries to produce rocket fuel. The fuel is not just made at every refinery that turns petrol into gasoline. Not many countries have access to this fuel and to mass produce the fuel needed for a whole production line of ballistic missiles requires either a special dedicated refinery or purchasing it from someone who has it refined already.
And last but not least is the high grade alloys required to make the rockets light enough but strong enough to withstand the pressure and rigors. US exempted Russian manufacturers who provide those alloys from sanctions. 90% of worldwide aerospace industry sources their high grade alloys from Ural region in Russian and ...... Donbass Region in Russia.

Not to disagree too much, but it isn't like Iran isn't capable of improving on Russian or Chinese designs. "Modified" could mean "Heavily Modified" or even "Heavily Modified"
Consider how China is credited with bringing Iran and Saudi to the table for their "common good". I kinda think China is smart enough to sooth any hostility that might exist between Iran and Pakistan -- especially since it was the US which put Imran Khan in jail. "The street" is waiting for Khan's return. Anything to "stick it" to the US.
I'm stumbling over "refined". Solid rocket fuel isn't based on petroleum. I'm "pretty sure" the missiles we're talking about use solid fuel.

The Russians and the Chinese still use liquid propellant in much of their fleets which is considered a disadvantage with delays in readiness and long term storage and maintenance.
Russians use a bipropellant of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine and nitrogen tetroxide
