TIL Bruce and Renee did a movie together

Even Joseph LoDuca was involved. Was this the reason why Gabrielle was absent in "The Key to the Kingdom"?

I disliked this movie soo much. Soo bad. And I love most of Bruce Campbell stuff been a fan since evil dead. But this movie was ridiculous. As for Renee unfortunatly her career have been stuck to do do crap like this and doing xena conventions.

That is sad considering watching her interviews she took acting really seriously. Thank God (for us at least) she landed Xena. Hopefully she appreciates the fact that she created a character that brought so many people serious joy

I know that they brought joy to fans it was an entertaining show. But I think she should have pic more tv roles after xena. Or Accept the role Lucy and rob wanted to give her in Spartacus.But according to her she dosent do nudity. Things would have been different.

Yeah, I just found it pretty boring. From what I gather, Bruce and Renee did it as a favor to the writer/director Josh Becker, who worked on several Xena episodes and has been a friend of Bruce and Rob Tapert since their Evil Dead days. He's not ... overly talented, let's put it that way. Bruce is kind of phoning it in, and poor Renee is given almost nothing to do. It's just bad.

Personally I enjoyed it very much mostly because of it had Bruce Campbell and Renee O'Connor in it and I loved alien movies I was hoping there be a follow up I enjoyed it very much and would loved to see those two working together again in another alien movie.
