What in the ever loving hell.

What recipe told you to use flour? Were you trying to make gravy and scrambled eggs at the same time?

Easy scrambled eggs.

Get a fry pan.

Put a bit of oil and spread it around the pan. Don't over do it with the oil.

Next get your eggs, 2 large should do, but make as many as you like according to how hungry you are and the size of your pan.

Crack the shells and empty the yolk into a bowl. Do your best to not get shell in the bowl.

Now grab a fork or a whisk and whip the eggs until they're nice and just liquid.

Optional add a touch of milk

Next start heating your oiled pan, do not get it too hot before putting the eggs in.

A medium to low heat will do just well.

Grab a spatula and pour your eggs in the pan.

Now we branch in if you want fluffy or creamy scramble.

If you want fluffy, let the eggs cook without disturbing them much, only moving the cooked part out of the way to let the rest of the liquid egg cook. Do this until there is no remaining liquid egg left. It's fairly quick.

If you want creamy, constantly stir the eggs, you'll notice they start to form little beads, keep heat LOW continue to cook all the while stirring them.

You can take off heat once it's at a consistency you prefer.

And please, never use flour in your scrambled eggs again.
