The person with unknown exposure and their household member became ill on the same day, suggesting a common exposure for the two of them. The sequence could not be completely generated but what was recovered is similar to the sequences from dairy outbreaks. No one else appears to have caught it.
H5N1 continues to be an illness to monitor, but there aren't indications of widespread person-to-person infection yet.
