Hey guys could someone share the tracklist for all the songs used in the final episode? I know the last track is George Harrison - My Sweet Lord but can't work out the others before that.
Thanks!

In TGT "One for the Road", the track plays from 01:40:56‒01:42:18, main beat drop at 01:41:22 in the film.
Music is some variation(s) of "Kingdom Of Rust" by the Doves, though not sure which. The main beat drop can be found at 01:44 in short lyric versions, and in "Kingdom Of Rust (Instrumental)" at 02:04 and 03:57.
The drop at 01:

James: I hope we brought you a little bit of happiness. Me: Yeah, I'd say so...(explodes in blubbering cry that lasts the remainder of the episode)

Monte Carlo - Struggle Jennings (Clarksons music)
Mark One Ford Capri - The Deads (Richards music)
Bargain - The Who (when they first set off)
Love Will Tear Us Apart - Joy Division (jacaranda avenue drive)
Kingdom of Rust - Doves (train track journey)
Brothers In Arms - Dire Straits (driving across the salt pans)
My Sweet Lord - George Harrison (end)
The instrumental ones I’m struggling with. I’ll get back to you on those.

I want the very first musical piece that plays when Jeremy does the intro on the hang bridge, when he says we chose to come here instead, then it plays as they showcase the landscape, the exact time it plays is 1min 30 seconds into the show.

The instrumental is Ludovic Einaudi - Experience

I thought it sounded familiar. I have his albums in my phone.

For the crossing the Victoria Falls scene they played Sea Wall by Hans Zimmer, off of the Blade Runner 2049 soundtrack

Dont think it was Sea Wall - Hans Zimmer. It similar but correct song is "Colin Stetson - Reborn"

I put a playlist on Amazon Music if there are any users, one track everyone seems to miss is Love Song by Simple Minds

The song as the enter Harari? Female singer. Punk feel. Heard it before and can't place the artist

Okay found it. Goat - Run to your mama. Cool video with the Bushmen. More fitting for Botswana than Harare.
