Vladimir Putin Does Not Make Empty Threats | The US is currently discussing to allow Ukraine to use long range weapons against targets within Russia | If this decision is made... it will mean that NATO countries, the United States and European countries are parties to the war in Ukraine

Seems like the 1st 100 threat were empty to me.. nato was always part of the war..
Beobacher@reddit
NATO was never part of the war Putin started and nato will not enter as long as Putin does not seriously attack. After all ther were several incidents with Russian missiles and drohne over and in nato countries. A safety zone around nato countries is more than justified right now. Putin will not risk it.
Dotacal@reddit
Putin didn't start this war, Russia didn't start this war. Russia and Putin are correct, the Wesy started the war.
Beobacher@reddit
How did they do this?
Dotacal@reddit
By overthrowing Ukraine's government and replacing it with one aligned with the West. Ukrainian neutrality was in their constitution.
Beobacher@reddit
The actual situation proves it otherwise. If people would have voted for Russia then Russia would have won that war in three days. Easy! Russia has more man-soldiers, 10 times more tanks, 20 times more airplanes and Helikopter, a navy… . Ukraine has not the hint of a chance against Russia when the vote would have been pro Russia. Not even with a 50/50 vote. The fact that Russia still struggles despite the overwhelming military advantages and a strong doctrine in manipulative warfare (Gerasimov wrote some articles about this). I am from a pro Russia position but have to say, that revolt was a revolt for freedom against a manipulated election.

It was nato that sabtoaged the peace agreements effort back in april 2022 in turkey..
dumb putin got too confident and launched his stupid special millitary operation thinking it will be a quick trip in and out, and nato trapped him inside ukraine and now he has no way out.
This war is russia vs nato while ukraine is providing the meat for the meat grinder.. Ukraime alone woudve never survived this long.
There wont be a way out for russia.. even if ukraine is out of people to throw to the front line.. someone other country will jump into its place... There wont be a way out for russia other than getting dismantled or nuking someone.. thats how i see it.
Beobacher@reddit
That peace agreement basically asks Ukraine to surrender all it’s weapons, no soldiers allowed except for ceremonial purposes and the democratically elected governments should be replaced by a Russian government. That is no peace agreement but unconditional surrender.

The "war" started in 1992 when Clinton decided to move NATO east.
Just like the "war" in Gaza started in 1948 with the creation if Israel.

Russia (or the ussr back then)is a super power.. they shouldve managed this from the beggining and not let things reach the point where theyr humiliated to this point..
Every action of russia screams that they just wanna be back to the wests embrace.. it has become pathetic.. there is so much they can do to simply stop this humiliation but theyr so hesitant in every action cuz they want to be a western puppy so much.. and its showeing in every action they take.
And i personally believe this is the main reason china will never rely on russia as an ally.. who would trust people like this.
Listen2Wolff@reddit
You have not been paying attention to anything have you.
Russia did, indeed, try for 3 decades, to set up a mutual security arrangement with the US.
That ended in Feb 2022.
Russia is now chairing the BRICS summit next month and it has China as a very close friendship. Together they are shepherding in changes to the World Order that haven't been this extreme for over 100 years.
Russia achieved its initial objective from the SMO, Ukraine came to the bargining table and the Istanbul accords were initialed.
The USA sabotaged those accords. There are countless podcasts showing Victoria Nuland smirking at having accomplished this. The military situation changed when Ukraine rejected the peace treaty.
OK, Russia is making its other 3 objectives outlined for the SMO and is doing it quite well. They do not have to comply with your schedule and they don't have to march to your timetable. The Ukraine war does not stand alone as the only thing happening in the world.
Trade between Russia and China is rising. Trust is earned.
Ok-Sell4786@reddit
If the trust is rly built.. china wouldve finished power of siberia 2 in months if they want.. yet theyr so hesitant with it.. it would make their energy so cheap and always available.. but nope, they just wont finish it.
and if china simply announce backing russia in the war.. nato would simply have no choice but negotiations.. cuz they know that they wont outlast russia war machine thats backed by chinas economy and manufacturing.
China is not trusting Russia.. theyr simply keeping it pragmatic, they do wts enough to keep russia afloat cuz they know once the west is done with russia it will be their turn.
And its all cuz they know thats russia is longing to be back into the west embrace.. dear, moscow was bombed and a piece of russia is occupied and that didnt trigger russia to do anything..
for the very least if russia doesnt want to retaliate on the west directly they could simply arm the wests enemies like iran or nk.. but wt we are seeing is that iran and nk are the ones that supplying russia with arms..
For the very least they can do as putin said of arming anyone thats aganist the usa.. if they armed hezbollah or houthis that would put pressure on the west.. but no,they wont.. cuz theyr looking for the slightest oppurtunity to just rush back to the west lap.. for me i see it as an inferiority complex and its pathetic.. but thats just my opinion.. and its very dangerous to ally with someone like this.

The power of Siberia 2 crosses Mongolia. Maybe China doesn't need more gas at the moment. You have no information to explain it away.
NATO doesn't care what China has to say. Russia is doing just fine in Ukraine. China and N Korea are already economically dealing with Russia. Russia's manufacturing capability is more than enough to match the weapons sent by the US to Ukraine. What should China do? They have their own problems with the USA.
You keep repeating how Russia wants to be in the West's embrace. That ship has sailed a long, long time ago. It is some dream you have.
Did you somehow miss all the S400 systems shipped to Iran in the last couple of months. In exchange for some Iranian short-range (75Miles) missile systems? Do you not recall the Iranian drones used so effectively in Ukraine which resulted in such a rapid change of how war is fought?
You haven't heard about the Israeli F-16 shot down in Syria last month? Russia used to sit on the Syrians and tell them "no".
I sure wouldn't want to be one of the US troops in Syria and Iraq at the moment.

China burns shitton of coal.. why would china burn coal when they have have one of biggest energy producers next to them looking for any clients..
Its not abt nato caring or not abt china.. they simply cant achieve their goal of dismantling russia ... Their goal would become simply unachievable.
Iran didnt recieve shiy from russia.. its all rumors and deductions.. but no iran didnt recieve the s400 or the su35.. if they did they would have responded to israel killing haniah in tehran.
All of the other "deterences" u stated for russia are simply too small.. theyr not proportional with a country thats supposed to be a super power.
Russia has alrdy lost deterence.. thats why theyr getting humiliated.. there is shitton kf ways to get their deterence back but for some reason theyr not doing anything abt it.
And as i said .. in my opinion that reason is the ( rushing back to the west) thing i keep talking abt. I cant see any other reason.
Listen2Wolff@reddit
China used to burn a lot of coal.
Do a web search on "China plan to achieve energy renewal."
China is now the leader in energy renewal according to Yale.
The history I cannot provide you but China was very up front years ago laying out its plan for green energy. Basically, "We're going to burn a lot of coal now so we can build the infrastructure that will allow us to move to renewable energy". It worked. Just another market that the American Oligarchy did a FAFO and lost any technological advantage the US had ceding it to the Chinese.
Maybe you don't remember when "Made in Japan" went from a joke to a symbol of quality. It took less than 10 years. I remember it very well.
OK all the MSM reports of the hundreds of Russian heavy transports going to Iran were just figments of someone's imagination. That is often the case with the MSM. I guess we get to pick and choose which lie we want to believe based on our "other sources".
Are you familiar with Pepe Escobar's report about the Israeli F-35 shot down on its way to deploy a nuke over Tehran? Why should Iran respond when Russia shouts?
In any case, Iran is responding on its own timetable. Not yours. They may have already responded since the Red Sea is still closed and the Israeli port of Elait is bankrupt.
It is so funny how some people take the smallest thing and exaggerate it into some huge humiliation. The West can say Russia has been humiliated all it wants, but accepting that humiliation is up to Russia to display. I sure don't see it.
Russia is being magnanimous allowing Türkiye to be the Gas Hub for Europe. Europe is buying Russian gas from Turkiye. Now, that should be humiliating

These aren't bluffs.
For a Scott Ritter fan to so blatantly contradict Scott's claim that Putin never bluffs, you aren't very good at it.
Dotacal@reddit
Such a stupid mentality. If you keep poking the bear, he's not gonna respond by asking you to please stop poking him. He's gonna ignore you until he turns on you and rips your skull open.
SendStoreJader@reddit
Legally it won’t make NATO or the US a belligerent.
Putin said the same about tanks, f-16 and HIMARS. So yes the threats are empty.
Listen2Wolff@reddit
"legally" as determined by who exactly.
The HIMARS have not made deep strikes into Russia -- yet.
The F-16s are pretty much useless to Ukraine. They've already lost one.
Simplicius goes into a lot of detail concerning what it takes to launch one of these long-range missiles.
I leave the entire article so you can laugh uproariously at Lloyd Austin and his paunch. He's an "Affirmative Action" appointment who is a disgrace. He's only there because he's a "yes man" and can be used to convinced Blacks that Biden cares about them.
The US doesn't make ATACMS any longer.
There's an interview with Putin explaining the situation.
And then this:
The article goes on to explain in much greater detail than anyone else has, just how deeply involved the NATO nation would have to be. One reason never discussed anywhere else is the sensitive nature of how the target is obtained and how it is coded into the missile.
