NAD. Are you running a fever? If so you should go to the hospital, it looks like an infection to me.

I'm all good now! It happened a couple of days ago and there are just some lines left now.

Likely a snakelocks anemone, look up google photos it looks similar to your sting. I git stung as well in shallow water a while back, it stings and is itchy but its very harmless

Super hard to tell just off some stings but I'm guessing fire coral by the looks of it

Not in Croatia. Maybe hydroids.

Fire coral is hydrozoa technically, but the distribution doesn’t reach Croatia. Must have been a jelly.
coconut-telegraph@reddit
This, among others, is a sessile stinging hydroid in the locality capable of potent stings by brushing against it. They’re inconspicuous.

Could be anything from jellyfish to coral, including anemone

Are you sure it happened in the Sea?
Because it looks like one of those: https://duckduckgo.com/?t=ffab&q=Brennessel&iax=images&ia=images

You cannot reliably identify stings to animals unfortunately. I’d guess a jelly or sea anemone

If you haven't done so already - try iNaturalist! It’s a FREE-to-use joint initiative between the California Academy of Science and National Geographic Society that crowd sources biodiversity data. It has its own algorithm to identify organisms in your photos and if that doesn't work, you can post your photos on the site or app along with a geographic location for identification from other iNaturalist users. https://www.inaturalist.org/
