Looking for an expert in trimming dog nails

My dog’s nails are getting kinda long, and he gets really anxious when I try to trim his nails and constantly pulls his arms/legs away using both the grinder and clippers. I’ve tried taking him to the groomers and have asked them to do it too (part of the grooming package), but they barely trim anything.
My dogs nails are kind of hard to see where its safe to cut and where it would cut into his blood vessels. So I’m looking for someone whose an expert (not just a professional) in trimming dog nails and is confident they can cut his nails without injuring him or making him more scared of getting his nails cut/trimmed.
Does anyone know of any such person in DFW? Preferably in/near proper Dallas. Obviously willing to pay.

There’s no such thing as a trimming nail dog expert. Any veterinary facility or groomer can do this. If your current one isn’t doing a good job, then take them to a different one. If you’re worried about him having a bad experience, let your vet know ahead of time. They can provide medication to calm them down or even slightly sedate them if needed.

Take your dog to a vet to do it. If they need to, they can give a sedative.
