If I forgot to change my cars registered address on my v5c is there a way to see any speeding tickets etc or private parking tickets?

Except speeding tickets are sent to the registered keeper of the car (as listed on the v5c) and have nothing to do with your license until after you have responded to the NIP identifying the driver. If the NIP has been sent to the old address on the V5c and not responded to in time then what they'll see is 6 points for failing to provide drivers' details instead. And private parking ticket companies will just pass the "debt" onto a debt recovery company who *will* track you down through other means other than the v5c address, so you end up potentially owing even more. If its a council parking ticket, that's even worse as they'll just go ahead and issue a CCJ.
