Wanted to buy this used pc, is the tilted gpu a problem?

I wanted to buy this second hand pc but on the 4th image you can see the gpu is angled, would this be ok or cause any issues? thx

It shouldn't.
If you want to make sure nothings wrong, test the PC before buying. Kind of ridiculous it's sagging like that with something like a 3060ti, which really shouldn't have that heavy of a heatsink. I would get a brace support to hold it up

In extreme cases it can, but those pcie sockets are built fairly strong

That sag is pretty bad for a 3060Ti to be honest. Now the card might still function mostly properly but the bending done on the PCB is likely permanent.
