hey im 15 and i just built my first pc about a few weeks ago and its stuttering in simple games to run such as cs2, fortnite, and even roblox. can someone help? heres my specs:

cpu: ryzen 5 5600 6-core

gpu: nvidia RTX 2070 8GB

ram: 16GB DDR4 (8x2)

ssd: ORTIAL 1tb

I dont see why a pc with specs like this should be freezing, crashing, and having as many problems as mine is. And stuttering in cs2 i didnt even know was possible. (im on low setting aswell.)
