Getting my first custom pc build. What do you think?

Longtime gamer just wanting to upgrade my pc from an old 1080 ti. I'm very new to PC building and this is what my technician recommended to me. What do you guys think of this build? I can't think of anything that worries me, but I am wondering whether temperature is gonna be an issue since this is a smaller build. The total price quoted to me was IDR 39,189,000, which is roughly USD 2537.90.
THE BUILD:
ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER 16GB Trinity OC
Intel Core i9-14900K
MSI PRO Z790M POWER DDR5 LGA 1700
KLEVV CRAS XR5 RGB DDR5 PC48000 6000MHz 32GB (2X16GB) White
MSI SPATIUM M482 Pro 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2
Deepcool Assassin 4S - Minimalistic CPU Cooler
MSI MAG A850GL PCIE5
2x PCCOOLER P120 PRO High Pressure Fan 120mm PWM White
ASUS Prime AP201 Tempered Glass (PC Case)

Are you using this for 1440p? 4k?
Your technician seems to not have internet, to not know all the issues that 13th/14th gen intel CPUs are having. They should be avoided for the time being. it's also ridiculous to recommend a 14900k for gaming, it wouldn't do much for you over a 13600k.
This is looks mostly fine just switch the CPU to a 7800x3d and the mobo to a b650

Thanks for the insanely quick reply! I'm using this for a 3440x1440 resolution so its 1440p (2k?). I wasn't aware of the 13th/14th gen CPUs having issues, thanks for letting me know! Will probably ask to swap the CPU for the Ryzen you recommended.
I'll also check in with the technician and other technicians around whether they have the b650 mobo, since everything has to be imported as I live in Indonesia!
Thanks!

At that resolution, you should definitely be focusing more of your budget on the GPU than the CPU. So 4080super is an excellent choice. I'd say the 7800x3d is not really a requirement, but if you had enough money for a 14900k then you may as well just get the 7800x3d.

He is correct, you want a 7800X3D to pair with the 4080 super if you want the best gaming performance chip for it. Stay away from intel 13th and 14th chips, plus the 7800x3D is the best cpu on the market for gaming anyway
