I’m leaving beautiful San Diego and making the move to greater Dallas area and would appreciate a bit of advice on what areas I should focus on when it comes to renting an apartment/condo. I currently live downtown and love the city vibe, is there a comparable area in or near Dallas, possibly a loft, modern industrial style? I don’t go out so I’m not concerned with night life but I also don’t want to be buried in the suburbs. I appreciate the advice. Thank you!
