Is everything in this list ideal? Light gaming and some university work mainly, what might be a bottleneck if anything? Any improvements to make before I buy the parts? What might be the first thing I would need to upgrade down the line

Modified your build. Your choice of motherboard is pretty bad. I've replaced it with a better motherboard.

You're going to want to buy an aftermarket CPU cooler. Also I'd change a couple details, like there's a newer cheap case I like more at the same price, would pick up an atx3 power supply for the long term, and would go for the 7600 over the 6650xt at basically the same price.
