I gotta go with Ham and Cheese loaf. Mad respect to my Head Cheese homies...I never had the guts to try it.

Bologna, fried, on cheap white sandwich bread.

When I was a kid, I used to pick out the little black peppers in the salami. I love/hated it. I might go to the store and get some now. Oh wait, I have high blood pressure and cholesterol, and gluten gives me inflammation.

It's cropped out but Pickle Loaf.
My papaw loved all of these. I still love mortadella. These fatty forced meats are really great sliced thinly. Things that are barely different from these are on fancy charcuterie plates today. Braunschweiger, etc.
Papaw made his own head cheese packed into a loaf pan that was great, but I wouldn't touch it if it was something he bought. Always had way too much crunch.

I choose the bologna. It was thick cut and perfect for frying. You cut a slit in it so it looks like a Pac-Man, and it wouldn’t swell. Top it with a melted Kraft single on white bread and spicy mustard and it was redneck flavor town.

I buy a 5lb chub of bologna every so often for custom thickness fried sandwiches or cubing it up and smoking it for cheap "burnt ends"

Now you're speaking my language!

Oh. Sounds amazing

I haven’t tried or even seen most of them. We had bologna and I think I’ve had honey loaf. Do they make a pimento loaf? I feel like I’ve had something called pimento loaf.

A lot of that cotto salami in my house.

I don’t think I’ve had bologna in at least 30 years, but I could genuinely taste it after looking at this picture.

I’ve been vegetarian since 1992, but when I was a kid, hard salami. Also shout out to those hot dogs that oozed orange cheese.

Luxury loaf because I love myself

I remember some weird-ass meat: Pickle and Pimento Loaf, Mock Chicken, and Mac & Cheese Loaf.

Liver cheese. That ring of fat was the tits!

Canadian, so we didn't have like 95% of these, but did anyone try the peppered or BBQ loaf options? I'm rather curious about those ones.

I don’t see it on picture, but Oscar Meyer liverwurst is solid. Throw it on some white bread, and add mayo, cheese, and onions.
