We migrated our .NET platform over to Graviton. For us it's a no-brainer if you're already using EC2s, similar performance for much cheaper.

Honestly, I'm just interested in the single thread performance of those CPUs. There might be applications or use cases where you can use 192 Cores, but as a back end dev, this would just be running multiple dockers calling Python workers of my application.
It does have a good performance with Python, so in the future, I will be more open to deploying to ARM CPUs on AWS. Of course I will be primarily bottlenecked by the DB connection, but it's good to know that this will offer a great performance with a good price
