Our bathroom is leaking from the upstairs shower & toilet down to the ceiling downstairs. Can anyone rec a trusted & reasonably priced plumber?

Local plumber here: Total Plumbing is the best in the business. I used to work at baker brothers and berkeys (owned by the same company) and total is the only company in the metroplex that I've come across that has actually fired a tech for ripping off a customer. While I decided to leave the industry for the time being, I tell everyone and anyone I care for to contact them. Most of the big companies give commission to techs for sales and will fire you for not reaching quotas so there is always a chance they'll insist on replacement vs repair even if you don't need it.

There are actually three different companies that popped up: 1. Total Plumbing Service Rowlett, TX 2. Total Plumbing Solutions Decatur, TX 3. Du-West Total Plumbing in Dallas
Which one of those three are you referring to?

For clarification: Total Plumbing Solutions or Total Plumbing Services? I tried Googling “Total Plumbing Dallas” and both of those companies popped up……..

I have a question for you since ur a plumber u might understand.::. I have an old iron tub in my house , I’m trying to replace the bathtub drain….. the drain hole is not straight it kind of rolls in kind of like a small funnel ….. I know there is a word to describe what I’m talking about I don’t know it..:. All the drains I find at Home Depot or Amazon whatever they are all straight where the bottom of the drain meets the tub …. I need a drain that kind of funnels down so it fits and can probably seal in my tub drain hole ….. I’m very frustrated.. can u just tell me what kind of drain I need to buy plz

Jennings plumbing has done great work for us; big and small jobs. Reasonably priced. Whatever company you go with, just don’t let them do anything besides the actual plumbing work.

I liked Legacy Plumbing. They saved me a lot when I had to have gas supply lines done. Very professional.

I've had good experiences with them as well, they're now my first place to call for any plumbing stuff. Not always the cheapest, but they pay attention to detail and do things right.

Speck Plumbing has done good work for us and seems reasonably priced.

I'm always use Baker Brothers. I'm sure there are cheaper options but they can always see me quickly and I think they do good work. They're big and have been around a long time so I'm sure someone will chime in with a bad experience. That's totally fair but they've been ok for me.
On another note, if you don't know how to shut off the water at the curb now is the time to learn. I've had to do it a couple times for myself and a bunch for neighbors over the years.

I used Baker Bros for my hvac company and really liked them. They didn’t try to sell me on shit that didn’t need fixing. They came for what I needed, worked quickly, and left.

North Texas air plumbing; and Reeves family plumbing. Check with both to estimate cost. I'd say they are both fair but prices can be wildly different depending on what is needed.
