At first glance I thought that this might be an SR25 or equivalent. But now looking at it, this is probably an HK417.

HK MR762 judging from that recess space on the rail (HK417variant came with another type of handguard) pistol grip is HK stock too

Based on the stock, the scalloped top rail, and the round section at the rear of the handguard, it looks like an HK417.
